So happy I came across this company! My clumsy self dropped my watch on the 2nd time wearing it! Looked around and many places didn’t repair older Apple watches (series 3) however, a few places did but cost more than what the watch was worth! Smart repairs fixed my watch at an amazing price! The team have been the most helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way. I am so happy with the outcome, so I would really recommend using smart repairs! Thank you again!🤩

If I could give Josh 10 stars I would. For the second time he has rescued my watch after dropping it on the ground. He is quick, efficient, stays in contact throughout and the repair is excellent. No one would know it has been broken. Many thanks Josh and ayyour business thrive. You deserve it.

This was an excellent service resulting in my watch being restored so one that looked new.

Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Apple watch was held to ransom over expensive repairs that I did not sanction. Had to go through Paypal in the end. Owner was awful to deal with and had a terrible attitude. Avoid at all costs!

Finally a company that has personal touch and is actually easy to get hold off! Quite rare in today's world! The company also took the initiative to contact me to flag up an issue with my watch. My watch looks great and the turnaround was super fast too. I highly recommend.

Superb service with great communication every step of the way, highly recommend for a smart watch screen repair.

Absolutely flawless service. Quoted and charged the price without trying to add in extras etc. kept me complete updated throughout with pictures and gave me a tracking number when the watch was posted back. Would definitely recommend as the service was also very reasonable!
