I bought two water bottles from Smiggle as a Christmas present at Wimbledon branch after a few months, the bottles started to leak. I took them back to the shop. The manager who is called Abdul kindly exchanged them with the new ones. Thank you Abdul. All the staff who work there are very friendly and helpful.

Water bottle broke in one day.

Bought a £16.50 steel water bottle for my son expecting it to last for next year, on the first day of use, he dropped it from table height at lunch time and the top of the bottle cracked rendering it impossible to now use as it leaks, reported this to Smiggle expecting some kind of replacement to be sorted to be advised it could not be replaced because it wasn't 'faulty' looking at the other reviews now I can see this is clearly a common issue. Will not be buying from Smiggle again and certainly would not recommend them.

My daughter had been eagerly asking for a specific spray bottle for ages, and we finally got it for her birthday. She was thrilled to have it, but after just three days, it slipped from her hand and dropped from no more than 70 cm in height. To our disappointment, the bottle separated at the seal. I might accept this if the bottle had cost a couple of pounds, but at nearly £20, this is absolutely unacceptable! Despite this clear quality issue, Smiggle refuses to acknowledge it. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never shop there again. I strongly advise others to avoid their products as well!

Zip failed straight out of the packaging, cheap feel and look to the products even though they hold a premium price. Used to be good now a brand to avoid.

First time buyer from Smiggle. Arrived promptly (online order). There were 3 items. two were excellent and well packaged. The third arrived damaged and was not fit for the gift it was meant to be. I emailed Smiggle explaining my problem. They replied within 6 hours and issued the refund immediately. Mistakes happen but this was dealt with so well. Will definitely shop again.

The kicks pink and black football bottle leaks, absolutely useless and a friend has issues with the same bottle! Do NOT buy!!!

Placed an order a few days back for a few items from the jurassic park range and arrived quickly this morning and no hassle would definetly buy from them again

Avoid at all costs! Placed an order with standard delivery, got email after 2 days that the order has been dispatched however 4 days later the order was still not dispatched to Evri. Contacted Smiggle to check what is happening with the order as I was about to go on holiday 2 days later. Got response that the parcel is with Evri however it was not! Anyway the order was delivered after 8 days simply dumped outside my house when I am away. The parcel is no longer there and asked Smiggle to check with the courier. Guess what! I need crime reference number to get my money back!!! Since when do we bother police for missing item? Smiggle customer service is awful! I have asked several times the order to be hold until we are back anyway they already delayed it and I no longer need it as I wanted the back for the holiday abroad!

Attended the store in the Trafford centre today with my son who is autistic and has difficulties with loud noise. He was wearing his ear defenders but was struggling. One of the members of staff approached us as he could tell our son was having problems and asked if it would help if he turned the music off. This made a huge difference to our son and he was able to enjoy looking round the store even though it was quite busy. It really impressed us how thoughtful the staff member was and I really wish I had taken his name. Sometimes small things make a massive difference

Our son was bought a backpack bundle at an already great discount price of £20 for the four pieces. However the bottle that it came with either didn’t have the little plastic seal or it was lost soon after purchase. Either way they sent us out SIX replacements for it, five are now safely stored away and one is being used as we speak.

I ordered all the way from india, not once but thrice through desert cart.. because it’s really very difficult to get smiggles in here.. and my daughter has always used smiggles.. we have almost every item from every category.. all of them are fantastic specially the backpacks, lunch bags and lunch boxes..
please open ur stores in india..

Bought daughter a backpack for back-to-school in September, by April the whole front pocket has come unstitched and is hanging off. The bag isn’t heavily used, she’s only 6 so just a small reading book, sunhat etc in there. 8 months is not very long to last for the price you pay for these bags.
I contacted them via their online form and received a very unhelpful response. Nothing they can do after 6 months. Basically tough luck. Although I’m welcome to try my nearest store (now approx 1.5 hrs away as they closed my local store) to see if they may make an exception. Bit of a long way to go incase they say no.
Absolutely won’t be buying from them again, my local cobbler is helping with the repair instead. A real shame as my daughter loves their products.

I bought my daughters school bag from here in January but recently some of the stitching around the mesh bottle holder came out so I contacted them using their online form and attached pictures and they responded straight away, provided a free delivery code for Evri to return the item and then sent a replacement once they received confirmation of my return! The replacement bag was sent using express shipping. Really happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again! Thank you Smiggle!

Love the design of the products but everything we have bought has broken and only lasted half the school year. This includes back pack, key ring, water bottles, P.E bags and pencil cases. Very disappointing considering the prices!

Dominica was a wonderful employer and Smiggle shopping in Aylesbury has not been easier. We were on a call with her and she was amazing and now my two girls can have a wonderful present for their birthdays

We purchased a lunch bag and steel bottle last week from chapel field Norwich. We are yet to try the lunch bag but the bottle has already broken beyond repair! Dropped by our 2 year old once just by accident, no force. The top has snapped in several places really easily. Bearing mind he is less than 1metre tall and dropped on carpet, I feel this is unacceptable. Messaged customer services and had a polite response of as not a manufacturing fault, they can not do anything. These bottles are not cheap for the consumer and last less than a week with one light drop. Never purchasing anything from smiggle again nor recommending.

Terrible water bottles. Have bought two in three months and both broke within weeks. They also go mouldy and impossible to clean. No option to buy replacement parts. Terrible company for the environment.

Overpriced tat. Gift brought for my daughter's birthday was faulty. Customer services were very unhelpful, actually zero help whatsoever and a complete waste of time.

Absolute appalling customer service, missing items from order, contacted straight away with photos. Had to chase up the reply as waited ages. Only to be told more photos of box and label so they can track it in their warehouse ( surely the order number could have done that) and they could not refund without it as I may be making a fraudulent claim for high price items ( note my claim was actually only £6) this was mentioned several times!. Still no further response or refund . Never order from them again

I want to say the backpack was amazing but I can't. Evri left it on my drive in full sight and it got taken. Smiggle refuse a refund because police won't give me a crime number. So no bag and no money! Thanks Smiggle. As of life wasn't expensive enough I now have to fork out for a 2nd bag having not had the first one.
