Just had 2 units installed in my house, the whole process was as pleasant and smooth as it gets. My house has tiles on the side of the house and I was worried it was going to look ugly, but the guys were extremely professional and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. From first contact to finished installation was under a week, what a wonderful experience. Price was cheapest from several quotes, and the quality is top notch

The engineers turned up and did an amazing job. They found ways to meet all of our needs, put the outdoor unit out of sight on a back wall and made sure it was all tide when they were finished.

Superb service in difficult (lockdown) circumstances.

Turned up on time in spite of long journey from Leeds. Not all the right equipment had turned up so they sorted that by getting the manufacturer to send the correct parts while they were here and finished all the work by mid-day.
Very happy with everything and definitely recommend them.

Appeared to be efficient but a waste of time,
Visited surveyed, booked work in , showed up for to progress work engineer didn’t even have a clue of what where and didn’t want to do the work and said whoever surveyed info wrong and needed electrician to do advance works however Advised would now review what needed to be done and works to be rebooked ! 2 nd day for install booked now advised would take full day where previous 1/2 day on morning arrived 2 no engineers ( 1 no same as previous) again came in they played around with their toolbox for 10 minutes and on the phone and then said they couldn’t do the work and left my husband wasted 2 no days. I have since found out that they went to another job near Uxbridge that morning to quote this ! Unbelievable - don’t waste your time

Nowadays very rarely I get impressed about people work, lots of unprofessional people around, but you guys are simply the best at your job. Very clean and tidy when you fitted my Aircons, very charming and professional. I will recommend you to all my friends and family, ciao Gino xxxx

I am very pleased to recommend smile Aircon as they have provided an excellent job in arranging air conditioning units for both commercial and residential usage. They have proven to be very efficient, communicate well, and make the installation a very simple process. I strongly recommend them, Paul Myers, Finchley.

With the current very hot weather, it's Christmas season for most AC companies - they are charging a lot because demand is high.

I found Smile AC's charges reasonable, their install team (Mick and Mark) were very professional, courteous, installed two split units within half a day and cleaned up. The costs included the wiring and drilling through a tricky dormer tiled section. A few other companies were charging extra for the electrics , and one even wanted me to remove the tiles before their install....

The installed ACs are good quality units and Smile provide a 5 year parts and labour warranty.

Would have a left a 4.5 star review, the half star knocked off because the team didn't help return the moved furniture back to their original places.

However, very friendly company and no hesitation to recommend them.
