Always a good service with polite engineers .

Arrived when arranged, carried out annual service, and corrected small fault discovered during service, leaving site clean and tidy.

They came when arranged were helpfull and polite and did the job as required.

every one of the members of yous staffe are so polite and helpfull. My boiler works obovr and beond i get scolding hot water and radiators.

Richard and his team installed my boiler and heating system back in 2012. The boiler is still going strong and thankfully never had any issues. Runs like new!

One of the engineers comes out every year to do the service and It’s great to see the business is going strong. The service is always thorough with clear explanations of what they are doing and why they are doing it.

The engineers always leave a tidy job, always very polite and the cost is very reasonable.

I can’t recommend the Smith Heating team enough.

Easy contact with knowledgeable office manager,prompt appointment and completion of work required.

Acted quickly to help my elderly disabled Mum when her boiler broke. Efficient and professional with expert advice. Kind to my Mum who now has heating and hot water again with her super new boiler.

I had no Heating and Smith’s responded to my phone call immediately and arranged for an Engineer visit within a very short time. He arrived on time and was very friendly helpful and professional. I’m very grateful to them all

We’ve been using Smiths for a couple of years whenever we’ve had boiler issues, and their service has consistently impressed us. The engineers are knowledgeable and take the time to clearly explain what they’re doing, and Zoe in the office is excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
