Thanks for your review, and sorry again for the frustration.
We’ve looked into your order and can confirm the selection made at checkout was for the Habanero-only pack — the website wouldn’t change that automatically. That said, we completely understand how it might have felt confusing, especially with the product image or dropdown defaults.
To make things right, we sent out the 7-flavour pack as a goodwill gesture, and we hope that was well received.
We’re reviewing how product choices are displayed to help avoid this kind of mix-up in future. Thanks again for your feedback.

A company who doesn't value their customers
I've purchased Snaffling Pig products many times before, mostly from farm shops. I recently made the mistake from buying from their website. They sent the parcel out with EVRI. I have an ongoing issue with the Evri courier for our area as she either doesn't deliver our parcels or leaves them in ridiculous places. As is standard, the parcel hasn't arrived. I've complained to EVRI but also contacted Snaffling Pig to ask for assistance. I have now sent three messages. All I get it an AI response. One said that a member of the team would get back to me. I've received nothing. I then requested a refund.. again AI steps in and sends a message..I have to return the parcel for a refund. The parcel I don't have. I won't be purchasing from them again. Regardless of if I like their products or not I won't be supporting a company who has no regard for their customers.

You're absolutely right to expect better from us – both in terms of delivery and how quickly a real human steps in when things go wrong. In your case, it’s clear we dropped the ball by letting our automated replies run too long without jumping in personally.
Once we saw your follow-up messages, we did step in and issued a full refund straight away, and confirmed that if the parcel does eventually arrive, it’s yours to keep with our compliments. That should’ve happened sooner – and we’re reviewing how our support system handles courier issues like this so others don’t face the same.
We’re grateful you’ve enjoyed our products before and totally understand if this experience has made you think twice about ordering again. If you ever change your mind, we’d love the chance to show you how things should be.

No Snaffling spare parts
Useless customer service: They can't provide any spare parts for their barbecue for basic parts that wear out e.g. felt like seal on opening which had degraded and charcoal grate which had split with heat over several years of use. They said it wasnt worth them carrxing any spares, instead the tried to sell me a whole new barbecue for £50 off, when all I need was some basic parts wgich eventually I found generic parts for on ebay for a tenth of the price of a new barbecue..Their bbq is fine, their attitude to customers is poor.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with our response, but I do want to clarify a few things. We do our best to provide good service, and while we don’t currently stock spare parts for the Pig Bluey BBQ, it’s because they are rarely needed, and as a small business, carrying those parts isn’t financially viable.
That said, we did offer you a £100 discount on a replacement BBQ, which we felt was a good alternative, especially considering your BBQ had served you well for five years (and past it's two-year warranty).
We genuinely didn’t mean to come across as unsupportive, and it wasn’t our intention to just "sell you something else" — we were simply trying to offer a solution to get you up and running again quickly.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you find a suitable replacement for the parts through other channels, as you’ve already mentioned.
Thanks again for your feedback, and we’ll continue to look for ways to improve!

Bought perfectly salted pork scratchings and I wasn't expecting the tastiest pork scratchings ever,I only wished I brought more as I've purchased scratchings in the past and the claims were the usual were a family run business and all that polava and it's all fat and there horrible so I avoid buying scratchings,but yours caught my eye so I'm in Tesco's normally it's Waitrose cos I work there and when I got home I was putting the bits and bobs away and thought I give your scratching s a shot and well they are perfect a little bit of fat just enough and I finished the bag none went in the bin they were gorgeous so that's it perfect scratchings the best ever thank you

Great products and excellent customer service. Unfortunately one of the cans of beer in my hamper had split open during transport. When I reported this issue they immediately sent out a whole new hamper at their expense. Really impressed with this company and would definitely recommend
