Fantastic service! Very easy to book, clear information and communication and flexibility on the day of the survey. The surveyor was very good, professional, skilled and helpful. He picked up on everything I later noticed myself and lots of things I didn’t notice or wouldn’t have known to look for. Excellent snagging report which was immediately accepted by my new build developer. I would highly recommend this company!

The gentleman from professional snagging company was very good at explaining some issues in our new build house and in every way he was helpful, professional and provided a super helpful report showing which snagging issues we may want sorted out.

Graham, the surveyor, was top, very experienced and with an eye for details, he explained the reasons for every issue he found, how it should have been done and how to approach the builder to fix it.
Very happy with the service, I truly recommend them and I will book them again to reinspect my property after the builder fixes the issues Graham spotted in his report.

I had an amazing experience, they offered me convenient time despite being relatively close of my completion date. When I arrived, Tony had already done one the outside of the address. They were efficient and efficacious, I felt they were thorough but didn’t take any longer than needed. Tony went above and beyond. They told me I would receive the report within 48 hours, yet I was lucky enough to only wait 24! I would highly recommend them
