I contacted the Professional Snagging Company after reading their fantastic reviews and seeing their website information and prices etc. After
making an enquiry, I was contacted shortly after by Phil, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and talked me through the process and expectations of having a Pre-Completion Inspection. His expertise was a huge reassurance. Once I booked and paid a small deposit I was contacted by the Inspector, Rory, who was very kind and polite on the phone and explained the way he likes to work and the checklist he uses which was also emailed to me
so I knew what to be aware of. After the
Inspection, I had the report within 2 days, emailed in high-definition photos, excellently presented and well delegated to which department was responsible for what work that needed to be
done. My site managers team worked
immediately to remedy every single snag within just 3 weeks! I was amazed at the thorough report and the speed at which the site manager and his team responded. Needless to say it was the best money spent! Cheree took care of any enquiries I had during the process too, and her knowledge was invaluable to helping me make the right decisions and take the right action to ensure I had peace of mind. I can't thank this company enough for being a great assurance to people like myself, who would have not otherwise known what work the house needed. Within one month of completing, I am now moved into my safe, comfortable home and feel very thankful to have used this company. I would highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booking with PSC was incredibly easy on the website. The staff on the phone were knowledgeable and explained the range of packages clearly. Ross, the snag inspector/surveyor, was highly professional and did an excellent job. He was also more than happy to answer any questions I had both before and after the inspection. The snagging report was produced the very next day! An amazing company that I highly recommend.

Quick and professional

Very thorough and found things I had missed. Also picked up things I couldn’t check such as the thermal which picked up a small gap on a window. Definitely worth getting them in and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Surveyor produced an extremely comprehensive report complete with photos and clearly and concisely giving an easy to read overview.

Worth their weight in gold. Steve came out to do my inspection and was so thorough. He was friendly and approachable and was clearly very good at his job.

He made sure to alert my attention immediately to some of the more serious/pressing concerns found and then also collated all of the issues, well over a hundred, less obvious ones.

The report made clear why they counted as snags as the report is going to be so helpful to me, especially given it is a shared ownership property and had apparently already had its snags corrected!
