Excellent service and well worth the money. The surveyor identified a number of issues before we moved in and the developer has since put them right. Very thorough survey. Also, the communication with the office staff was excellent and very helpful.

We opted for their Gold Package, and the service was incredibly thorough and professional. The inspector conducted an in-depth survey, including a drone survey, and identified issues we would have never noticed as excited new homeowners.

The surveyor was excellent and very thorough in his survey of our new house! Explained the process really well and found faults we wouldn't have included. Booking was brought forward as well which was a result and from start to finish the whole process has been excellent!

Great experience and service
Really easy to book an appointment and Cheree was so helpful when we needed to change the date and time. The report came back fast and was full of detail for us to hand over to the builder. I would recommend to anyone buying a new build as it takes the stress away from finding all these things by yourself at an already busy time.

Great experience
We are very pleased from our experience with the Professional Snagging Company. We chose the post completion report, so that there wouldn't be any restrictions to what should be checked in the house the day after we got the keys. We also added the roof check and thermal screening options.
We had the pleasure to have Tom as our snagging expert for our new build. He was truly amazing, very professional and seemed to have deep knowledge of construction. He was very meticulous and explained in great detail any questions we had.
We received the report the next working day. Thankfully there were no major issues and we were able to share everything with the site team.

Absolutely brilliant - a worthwhile investment!
This firm is superb - they surveryed my 4 bedroom house, their surveryor Junia was at the property for almost 4 hours and identified 206 snags. The peace of mind in being able to just forward a professional survey straight to the developers and taking out any element of dispute has also been invaluable.
10/10 - I highly recommend.

Can’t speak highly enough about the professional snagging company, dealing with them was so easy from start to finish. We had Shannon as our inspector and he was amazing. Very friendly and helpful and very thorough. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs snagging done.

New Build Snagging Recommend!
I would recommend for anyone buying a new build property to have it snagged. Especially as first time buyers. We had Shannon do ours and he was so detailed and pointed out so many things to do with the condition of the property we otherwise wouldn’t have noticed until months later. It means we can flag it to the HA asap. A few hundred pounds saving you thousands in the future. PSC was quick and easy to book and took away so much stress around moving. We didn’t have time to think about inspections ourself and they delivered an amazing service that saved us so much time and stress. 100% recommend and they are always quick with responding.

Thorough and efficient survey
Thorough and efficient survey. The swagger was professional and pleasant, taking the time to explain some of the issues.
The report was received the next morning so I was able to send it straight on to the developers.
I would definitely recommend this service. It also gives peace of mind.
