Our friend told us about getting a snagging report done before we moved into our new home. Initially I was a bit dubious but then I remembered the trauma of our first new build property and the snags we didn't pick up that ultimately cost us thousands of pounds to sort out later.

Working with the Professional Snagging Company has been brilliant. They have take then time to answer all our questions, going above and beyond to flex to the developers availability and turned around the report in record speed. The quality of the report, images and suggestions are incredibly thorough. We paid for the additional drone and thermal surveys which was really useful to know that the roof and chimney were all OK. I feel re-assured that there are no hidden issues and pleased that on day 1, when we move in, we will have most of the things fixed making our first week in the property much less stressful.

It's definitely the best thing we have spent money on so far. I'd rather know about all things in one go than feel embarrassed to contact the developer for the hundredth time with a new thing we had noticed.

From booking to receiving the report, my experience has been amazing. The online booking and payment process was really easy. On the day of the inspection, it was clearly explained to me what was going to happen and what to expect. The inspector asked what my concerns were in my new house then conducted a really thorough meticulous inspection. The detailed report was emailed to me promptly the day after the inspection (on a Sunday). I would definitely recommend.
