Super friendly and efficient booking. Richard was very knowledgeable about the different types of resorts that would suit our family needs. Great all round!

This was the first group ski trip I booked - Calvin was fantastic in laying out different options. We eventually chose Tignes and the holiday was amazing - everything ran smoothly. Would highly recommend and will be booking again!

Greg is the best! Ive used him the last two years to help book a ski trip in French Alps and he's been so helpful. We already have the third annual trip booked for 2027. Even with travel disruptions and other various logistical questions, he's been there every step of the way.

Booking was easy with Ricahard, travelling out to Italy went smoothly. The hotel and particularly to food was great for this time of year. the resort had plenty of festive cheer and we squeezed in a ice hocky game, lots of skiing and a number of on yummy hot chocolates. First Christmas away from home and will be definitely heading for the slope again for Christmas next year.

Richard is just amazing!! He was referred to us by a friend who has used him for years. As new to the whole skiing thing, he made it so simple, found us exactly what we needed. Which is why we have rebooked for next year.

Booked our first holiday with SNO and had a great experience. They made sure that our links with the chalet company were good and it all worked well. Could we have saved money if we went direct and organised stuff ourself? Maybe, but probably not a lot. Hassle free holiday.

So thankful for finding Sno. There's so much to think about when booking a skiing holiday for the first time, but Greg at Sno was so helpful. Not only did he help us find the best deal, he also gave seasoned advice to help us filter and confirm our choices as well as good deals on lift passes and ski hire. From an enquiry on line the SNO representative Calvin rang me to help. As it was a last minute decision to go to Tignes he did lots of background searches and after several conversations, he put together an excellent package. The Chalet Kitz was very good, Flight and transfer to resort good. Excellent communication throughout the process, highly recommendable.
