Booked with SNO for ski 2027, Jack was excellent in helping me in find the resort and Hotel I requested. Jack was professional and friendly in helping me find a holiday. He is a credit to the SNO team.

I’ve booked through Sno for many years now, and they are always excellent. They provide a wide range of options looking at most ski tour operators meaning you don’t have to search individual sites for holidays.

The team are exceptionally knowledgable about most resorts and the accommodation on offer. Greg helped book our previous trip, and was knowledgable about the resorts, the conditions late season and good areas to stay in resorts.

Booked a catered chalet trip with Richard in April, booking experience was fantastic, Richard found what we needed and where we needed it due to being so late in the season. Only ever been on one catered chalet holiday which was so long ago I don't really remember it, usually go Airbnb and drive. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard even the multitude of questions, some stupid some not so. Taking 3 adult sons so catered was key for us. I'll update again after the trip. Thanks Richard, great job so far.

All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to help. They’re very easy to reach by both email and phone, and are always happy to assist with any questions or issues.
