I like the concept, I don't know if I'm just now getting used to the app but I feel like it is easier to not confuse expired deals from active deals.

I am a little concerned with the trend where even 48 hours after I submit a receipt I have to go back and request a ticket in order to get the payout.

I would still recommend this too someone that I felt would be active on it.

I love Social Nature! They have been amazing with customer service, ease of use, and reliability. They make it easy to try new products and provide feedback. I've had a fantastic experience and recommended several friends because of that.

I appreciate the opportunity to try different products either for free or with a discount but many times the products I got an offer for isn’t available anywhere in my area.

This company is great! It allows you to try new healthy food for free. Sometimes the rebate amount is not correct, but the customer service team is always great and always fix it. There are very specific rules about the product size and location to buy, but it’s always listed on the website and the refund process is very easy. Writing the reviews is easy and it’s great to see what other people think.

Social Nature is a wonderful program. I've gotten to try so many food, health and personal care products from their site.any items are free or half off! You really can't lose. In exchange you give your honest opinion of the product within 2 weeks. Very simple, I've not had any issues getting my refunds. I highly recommend them.

Good response time

Social Nature is very efficient, professional and quick processing. They have great customer service as well. There is an average of two plus new offers per week. Website is easy to use and navigate.

Love that this encourages me to try different and better brands! The cash back is usually very quick. My only gripe is that I encounter an error almost every single time I try upload a receipt and have to refresh multiple times until it decides to work

Great opportunities to try some great, clean label products risk free. Very straight forward program. I'm now hooked on some of the products I've tried. It's broadened the brands I shop and been a positive experience.

Overall, I like the concept of trying new products with a cash back incentive. While I sometimes experience difficulties with my claims, such as items on my Shopping List suddenly disappearing without notice, the staff are very helpful with resolving them.

Most of the products we get to evaluate are pretty good but sometimes when I submit my receipt I also have to take a picture of the product because the receipt is so general the team at Social nature doesn't realize the receipt is for those products but they usually rectify the problem pretty easily

I was with Social Nature for about 5 years. I remember when we used to receive coupons in the mail and sometimes offers to enter contests. Now a lot of the offers are 50%, BOGO, and a few free items. I can see the appeal of the cashback format as some of the provided coupons would often be rejected by Target. Social Nature could be confusing to use as sometimes I would select an offer, but then I cannot find my offer in my shopping list-- sometimes because all offers were claimed or it just disappears with the offer still viable.

I just love trying new products and getting reimbursed for them. I also like providing my honest opinion to future purchasers. Many opportunities are foods that I normally would have never bought in the first place. Most things I end up buying again if I like them.

Love how easy it is to navigate the website and to get the refunds. Also I've tried some good products I've never had before.
