Love trying new products. I have discovered quite a few that I now buy regularly.

I’ve been a member of Social Nature for a few years now, and it has been a fun opportunity to try many products I likely would have never purchased, and maybe never even heard of, without the rebate offers. Every purchase I’ve made has been promptly refunded, and the process has always been easy to submit proof of purchase.

I really like the ability to find out about new better for you brands and products and test them at discounted rates. Getting my refund is easy after purchasing and I don’t have to worry about coupons or really anything else; just buy and get a refund. I’ve been using social nature for years and I love what it’s been and how well it’s developing

I have enjoyed every product that I have had the opportunity to try through Social Nature. The rebates are quick and easy. All the products are of wonderful quality and some are very expensive so I would not have tried them had it not been for Social Nature. And many I will purchase again.

Horrible customer service. Twice I've had "refunds" where Social Nature says that they sent my refund to my PayPal when nothing was ever received. They sent an email through Tremendous saying my money has been delivered, yet I never received payment or a PayPal email saying I received a payment. When I told them that I never received the payment (even though they sent me an email saying it was on its way), they told me to take it up with PayPal. PayPal says they never sent it. I'm so over this company. I'm out 16.98$ because of this scam company

This is the most honest and trust worthy business out there. They pay immediately and I've never had ANY ISSUES with them at all. Everything has been great and I've done many transactions.

Customer Service always helps quickly and efficiently to address any issues.

While it can be hit or miss with products being available in my area, when there is a product I'm interested in, the whole process is very easy and seamless. I quickly get my refunds and am able to try products either for free or at a reduced price. It's helpful because sometimes I am introduced to products I normally probably wouldn't find on my own.

I bought the exact product, Carbone pasta sauce, at the location requested, Sprouts market, all done within 2 days of the original offer.

When I sent my receipt for reimbursement they said they couldn't find any matching products.
I followed up with screen shots and then received an email saying "All cash back offers have been claimed". Very unethical, and disappointing!

I love that I can try items I normally might not buy, and the site is so easy to use, I have always had a great experience!

It's so easy and simple and rewarding! Love it, favorite discount site!

A great company that i enjoy and trust that they are thereto answer any questions and concerns.

Non-existent customer service. I'm owed money and I cannot get a human to reply to me saying my issues are resolved and the money owed is on its way. Joke of a company.

Good place to try new products that are healthy. I like using them to minimize the risk of spending money on items my family may not like. I just wish they not as heavily geared towards Walmart or Whole Foods since I do not shop at either of these places.

Social nature is a very successful and trustworthy organization. I love how it makes my day to day grocery life easier while allowing me to try new products i normally wouldnt. Customer service is always great

I had to continue sending emails and downloading receipts for the correct product/store. Each time receipt failed. This happens a few times and super frustrating,

Really good except when I want to redeem it is sometimes not easy to pull up what stores participate and it makes the experience more difficult tha it should be. And other times they withdraw the offer just as I was about to reddem it.
