Don’t buy anything from them, it’s very cheap shits they have, advertising good but cheap shit. You will regret like me 🤮
And worst customer service, she even started to argue with me.

I ordered last week, they promised for delivery today, I removed my old sofas for today. But no delivery at all. Even they don’t answer the whatsapp also.

We purchased a sofa around six months ago. Upon delivery, we were told to leave a five-star review; otherwise, they would leave all the cardboard for us to dispose of ourselves. This was already a red flag. The sofa's material and overall quality are very poor—I can't even find the words to describe it. Additionally, six months later, the drawer mechanism that pulls out to make a bed broke, and now it has to remain in that position all the time. Normally, I don't leave reviews, but I am so disappointed with this item that I felt compelled to share my experience.

Fabric on these sofas is terrible even after paying for the upgrade. Pigheaded horrible aftersales agent you can chat only to online, but get no actual help or resolution. The usual story once they have your money you don't stand a chance. Always buy from seen DO NOT BUY!! especially online.

I bought my sofa its very poor quality,all springs come out .its very uncomfortable when you sheeting on it all timbers feel your back its all money waste

Have received my sofa on time , however the communication was very poor. Never got any information until I have requested update on the last week it meant to be delivered. About 2 weeks after I have realised that one of the legs is faulty. Still after a month chasing 3 times I have no response.
The sofa itself is very nice and comfortable however the communication is very poor and the customer service afterwards in case of any issues equals almost to 0 unfortunately

I ordered a sofa bed and I didn't like it so I had them pick up to return it just a few days later and firstly they charge you £150 for return and then for the refund its a whole other battle. It's been 3 weeks still no refund. The worst part is they don't have a customer service team it's just an email online that no one responds to or live chat where they tell you the same thing all over again. This is a scam company clearly coz why would you take so long to refund. Never again

I would REALLy advise against buying from this company.
My sofa arrived faulty, I have been trying to get in contact to resolve this issue.
I’ve had 0 responses.
I’ve tried to request a refund and was told “when manufacturers makes the parts need they will send me a replacement but can’t give me an exact date”

Do not deal with this company. I ordered in May 2024, paid with credit card and after reading reviews I tried to cancel within the 14 days only to be told about a £150 cancellation fee. So I went ahead with order and accepted the sofa which was a joke. Poor quality, very hard and uncomfortable (sat on better wooden garden
benches). Within a couple of days the material was fading and going patchy. They attached the feet on very crooked. The sofa was truly not fit for purpose. Eventually they collected the sofa and eventually I got a refund minus the £150.00. This awful experience took approximately 6 months of hassle and was only finalised on the 11th of October 2024. I would give them a minus star review if I could. THIS COMPANY

I had a great experience with this company. I am happy with the sofa the delivery was very quick & easy. The delivery guys name Waldek & Piotr done a great job they were very polite & friendly.

Very cheaply made. Comes off apart. Sofa bed part never really worked. Bad quality.

Ive ordered a grey sofa and received half grey half green!!
Now they r asking £150 for collection
Agent I was chatting with although I show the pics He insisted it was green. He needs glasses can't see the difference.

Perfect delivery from Roman and waldek, Very well spoken, Did everything as should. Left my house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend these guys.

I would leave this company 0 stars if I could. At first everything seemed to be okay, I made the order for a grey sofa, recieved a phone call telling me the sofa I ordered wasn't in stock, while on the phone the woman noticed the error and told me it was in fact in stock and it had been passed on to delivery team... recieved email it was shipped. It came two weeks later which was great! This is where it started to go down hill. The two guys came in and began to unwrap it all, the sofa was pure white! I shared this with the men who brought it and one of them told me ( no this is the right order, we have your order here) I showed my order and he agreed with me that the colour was very different! Pure white and grey are nowhere near close! He apologised for the issues and took it away while friend/Co worker was stood vaping in my livingroom which I found rude considering I do not smoke at all. He told me that the company would get in touch with me probably on the Monday since this was a Sunday and I said no problem. I didn't hear from them so decided to contact them myself, they don't take any phone calls and tell you to contact live chat via their website... Monday and Tuesday I was told that the correction was fixed and the sofa I ordered will be delivered before Christmas , the correct colour and they apologised for the mistake ... on the Wednesday I still didn't get any confirmation email that I was told I would receive so I contact them again to be told (from the same operator who had spoken with me the last two previous days my order was corrected) thar my order was infact cancelled on the Sunday and if I wanted the right sofa I was to place a new order. Terrible communication! Caused me so much anxiety and was left without a sofa for 8 weeks due to their mess. I QOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.

Having issues with order 8932 tried calling the helpline and it rang out for an hour.
Tried the online chat and it just keeps repeating the same hello we are here message.
Tried requesting a call back and have sent an email and no response.

Just need to speak to someone to know if I need to wait for a refund and re-order or if they can process an upgrade to a larger size as the item delivered didn’t match the dimensions shown on the websiteCAD drawing.
