Chicken Road Reviews

worst company ever! i don't even know how they got so many good reviews. may be they paid those people. first of all, they never answer the phone number displayed on their site. when i placed the order, the final page said someone will contact you regarding this. then i waited for like 5 days. no one called. so then when i called, someone finally answered.very unprofessional. said they don't have that particular model and suggested something cheaper. i was desperate for a new sofa so i said yes. then some women called from a mobile(heard a baby crying in the background). got my card details to take a deposit.she said she will send an invoice when she goes to the office on monday. never ever received that invoice. when i reminded them they said check your junk. then they sent my sofa on the day promised. but the sofa is hard as a rock. not soft at all. even to return the sofa I have no invoice as proof of purchase. after so many calls and texts I still haven't received an invoice.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! ITS A SCAM!!!!!

We bought our sofa over 6 months ago and wanted to wait until we posted a review.

Very happy with our new sofa and the excellent service from Sofa Bargains.
We have just moved into a new house and we were looking for some corner sofas to complete the look.

We found Sofa Bargains via Google and were very surprised at how great value they were but the price was even better for what you were paying.

we had our corner sofa and armchair delivered to our house in 4 days after we ordered them online. The delivery guys brought the sofa in, put it where we wanted and then unwrapped it.

Over 6 months later, our sofa looks beautiful and always gets compliments from anyone who visited. happy to recommend and will be shopping again with you for my sisters house in Wycombe.

Love the sofa and the service

Just had my sofas delivered and the are simply fantastic! We made a great choice! First class service. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Excellent quality sofas , delivered in a very short time , great communication. Would recommend to everyone

Very impressed with the quality of Sofa and would recommend!

Bought my sofas back in June but thought I would leave my review a little while to see how they lasted... Nearly 6 months later they are still absolutely pristine! So glad I didn't fork out for dfs because these have really been absolutely excellent quality! Ordered on the Thursday and they were delivered in the Sunday back in June! Excellent communication when I phoned to check all was ok and good communication on day of delivery giving me a half hour warning to when they would be here! So happy with them.

I had been searching for a sofa to match the one I already had. Saw one at DFS for £599. Decided to shop around online & I found what I was looking for at Sofa Bargains for £300. Very friendly staff & fast delivery. Good quality, comfy sofa. I would buy from them again.

Ordered a sofa from Sofa Bargains and 4 days later it arrived.
Great customer service, keeping me in contact regarding the delivery day.

The sofa itself is clean and well made and really quite comfy.

Great experience all round, and I would recommend Sofa Bargains to anyone who doesn't want to spend way too much money on an all round great sofa.

Have been looking for a Chesterfield and came across a little beauty in the antiquw brown colour I wanted.
Ordered online- got a phone call in 1 hour a delivery date for the Friday.
Two delivery guys came and placed it in my lounge and set everything up for me. Sat doing this review with a nice cup of coffee on the new sofa.
Quite simply a very agreeable experience from start to finish. Would have loved it if they took my old sofa away but I guess that's why we pay our council Tax. Chris Downing, Macclesfield.

We searched for weeks for the perfect sofa and then we came across sofa bargains. We ordered a 3 and 2 seater and they cane within 3 days looking exactly like in the pictures. We are so pleased with our purchasr and will definitely be using them again!!

I'm very happy with this company and for sure I will buy again.

This is the first time me and my hubby have bought a sofa or a piece of furniture from the internet. We were slightly worried but fear not, it was a very pleasant experience.

Really pleased and happy with our Liberty fabric sofa. We ordered on the Tuesday and by Friday the delivery team had arrived.
They helped place the sofa in the room and were really helpful. The sofas are amazing and we paid just under £600. I'm very happy with entire process from start to finish and want to say a big thank you to Sofa Bargains. We will be recommending you.

Absolutely brilliant from explanations when interested in buying to a really speedy delivery. Lovely calm guy dealing with you and no hassling or stupid sales chatter. Just an honest guy dealing with you and so lovely and easy to deal with. Sofas are sitting in my front room only a week after ordering and so so so happy with them. Even an after delivery call to check I'm happy with everything. Only thing now is to play at arranging cushions.

Cannot fault the work Adam and the team are doing great effort keep it up

My flat is on the 3rd floor, the delivery men bought the sofas up at no extra cost. they even put the sofa legs on and took the rubbish away. I couldn't be happier with the quality of my leather brown sofas.., simply beautiful.
Very quick delivery. Very happy, would highly recommend.

This was the first time we have ordered sofas online and have to say I cannot fault the service provided. I placed my order on Friday and the sofas wereally delivered Monday afternoon. The quality of them is amazing. And the price was brilliant too. Would definitely recommend

I would like to share my experience of the speedy service I had, once I placed my order, I received my sofa within 3 working days. Well defently use these again.

I am more that happy to write my review of this company, something I don't normally do. From purchase to delivery and after delivery service was of the highest standard. I was a little dubious about purchasing from a relatively small company, but when my sofa and chair arrived I was more that happy, it has completely change the look of my sitting room. It is really comfortable and sturdy, very pleased indeed and have no hesitation in highly recommending Sofa Bargains to anyone. Having said all this, It would have been nice if the packaging could have been taken away, but a minor detail. A big thank you to Adam. WELL DONE SOFA BARGAINS.

I ordered the sofa Sunday evening and it arrived early Tuesday morning was amazed at how quick it arrived sofa was exactly like picture really big and cosy and at such a great price would definitely recommend this company!!!!!
