Chicken Road Reviews

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Queries answered promptly by Sophie and order completed easily by Adam. Ordered sofas on Monday and were delivered by 9am the following Monday. The sofas are just as good as the big branded stores ( my nan has one from one of these big shops and my new one is exactly the same but half the price :P ) I will be recommending to all my friends and family.
Thank you Adam and Sophie at Sofa Bargains!

Searched for this sofa online after seeing a similar one in a shop, phoned up spoke to an excellent person, who was outstanding with his help, customer service and fantastic delivery guys most helpful.
The sofa is fab so comfortable and now have room for all of us to sit on great.
A++++

I am so impressed with the two x 3 seater sofas I received from Sofa Bargains....Forget the big companies and their detached attitude towards their customers - Sofa Bargains really do care! If you need a new sofa - get yourself on their website or give them a call...

Delivery took a week longer than was stated but other than that everything was great, amazing quality sofas for the price

We decided we need new couches and thought we better order as it was mid October and wanted them before Xmas. After we ordered I was surprised as the very next day we had a call to say they were about to deliver. Amazing! The whole process from purchase to delivery was just easy and everyone I had contact with was polite and efficient. We are also very happy with the product we purchased and feel we got very good value for our hard earned money. I will be definitely be using this fantastic business again. You would not of had this service from the big guns but just a period of waiting.

We purchased our corner faux leather sofa, not really thimking much about size as we assumedyou couldnt get much sofa for 475... it was delivered the next day and the drivers kept us informed of what time they were expected turns out due to van issues it wasnt until around 10pm but wjem they turned up they were upbeat and very helpful. The sofa... massive. A little panicked at first as to how it would fit but our lounge looks complete and stylish with it.
All in all from first browse online to sitting here now on my new sofa i would recommend to everyone to check out the website!

Would use them again absolutely. No negatives. A positive experience from start to finish and they went out of their way to speed up the delivery.

We used sofa bargains after a recommendation from my boss. We bought a 321 Andalucia recliner . Order to me, my wife and my sons sitting on the sofas was 6 days. Good quality sofa, lovely staff(Sophie powwell in particular) and a good price. Overall a very agreeable experience

My sofa is exactly what I wanted. Love it!
Brilliant customer service. Received my sofa in 3 days. Thanks sofa bargains!!!!

We needed a good value sofa ASAP and that's exactly what we got.

We made an enquiry about a sofa on a Monday, ordered it Wednesday and it was delivered on the Friday! It felt that sofa bargains went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

We had the 2&3 seater Henley sofas which look good. They're very firm so we hope they'll soften but for £575 you can't complain!

Would use again and recommend. Thanks

Having dealt with furniture co.s before I'm still shocked at how good and value for money these guys are. My secret little company

I bought 2 sofas from sofa bargains as a stop gap till i could afford the one i really liked. However they have turned out to be so comfortable that i am going to keep these instead. The customer service was amazing. Within 10 minutes of placing the order online they called me to give me a delivery slot. Not only that but it was within 7 days!
