Final book was just as I expected
Final book was just as I expected. I especially liked being able to use Apple "Page" to create my pages, save as pdf file and then use PDF to JPG converter program to then use with Lolentro. The delivery time was probably the only holdup but then again the book is coming from Sweden.

I like that I could use script and pictures with lots of options on format. Good feedback on formats and which pics do not work.

Så lätt och roligt när jag väl hade…
Så lätt och roligt när jag väl hade lärt mig systemet. Andra och tredje boken gick ännu bättre. Upplever att det är lätt att fråga om hjälp. Supersnabb leverans. Det har blivit dyrare dock (som allt annat) och det påverkar att jag inte kan dela ut min släktbok till så många.

Better than I Imagined
Delivered quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Building the book is easy and precise. There are 1 or 2 small glitches with the book-building software, but they are easy to overcome. The expectations that were set for the size, color, and quality were clearly explained and delivered exactly as described. What I imagined was what was delivered. By the way … This is a real review. Illustrated 90 page book about my family
I have written an illustrated book of the history of my and my wife's families. It has been quite a major project and the end product is a printed book that Solentro printed for me. The final steps are not for the fainthearted since I had to move over 90 JPEGs in the right order into the software. Once said I soon mastered the ins and outs of the website and the interface, and I'm now on my Second edition. Strongly recommend Solentro as a printer. The quality is superb.. They are the only printers I know who will do small print runs. My Second edition is only 15 copies that I will give to my children and grandchildren. They also produce a PDF and I can give to people outside of my family circle. Very useful!

Love the product. Great quality. Solentro was super helpful when FedEx lost our first package. They opened a claim with the shipper and sent us a replacement. Would highly recommend. And will be using again.

The turnaround on the printing and shipping for this was impressive. I got it for my boyfriend for Christmas and it made him cry. The quality was really amazing. I might have to order one for myself too!

Great Customer Service
I was fully charged upon order, but never received the book I ordered on 11/21/23. Turns out that Fed Ex lost my shipment. Once Solentro became aware of the problem, they reprinted the entire order and shipped it at no charge. You can't get better customer service than that.

Children's Book

For a surprise Christmas gift, I collated the stories and added pictures. Solentros' website was very user friendly. The book was completed and received within 2 weeks. The hardbound cover, colors are very well made with heavy paper for the pages. I will be using Solentro again.

Tracking #786963315130 a concern.
Package has been somewhere in Memphis Tennessee since Oct. 26th. Original delivery date to Midhurst, Ontario Canada was December 1st. They cannot find the package.
I spoke with an agent at FedEx on Thursday, Dec. 7th and they specified that Solentro was to email them with a picture of the package and description of the contents, (3 photo books).
I relayed that info to info@Solentro that same day and I have heard nothing back. I resent the FedEx request particulars again yesterday and still have not heard back. Please assist to bring this delivery challenge to a close.
