Great experience

I love how my book came out. It touched my mom so much and she was so moved by the expressed gratitude other people had for her. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service responded quickly and no issues on arrival.

The book is beautiful, as usual. But the website is difficult to navigate at times.

Solentro is easy to navigate and make your own photo book. It comes reasonably quickly and the various templates/options are great.

I am very disappointed with the quality and size of the book I created. It cost over $60 but looks like it cost $15. It is smaller than I expected and the softback cover is so cheap and thin that it doesn't even stay closed! I spent several weeks designing and creating my book and was so excited to receive it but now I just feel ripped off! I would not purchase again!

I love the ability to create my own book. The books are a great gift to give to family.

Very poor customer service
I ordered a book, made a mistake with the adress and I also forgot to add one page , wrote several times to their e-mail and no response.
At least a short replay telling me that is not possible.
Going with Hoffman next time for sure.

The book turned out beautifully and the purchasing process was quite quick and simple! I did find the creation process a little confusing; however, the more I used the tools, the easier it became to navigate. Great overall product and my grandmother was very pleased!

found the template a little difficult to use. Wish you had corrected a couple of misspelled words. I read and had it proofread but still a couple of words were missed.

The app was very intuitive and it did not take me long to create my perfect project. Once I went to check out and saw that it was coming from Europe (and I am in the USA), I panicked because I needed my project within 2 weeks. I couldn't believe that I received it without paying extra! It came out beautifully and will definitely use this service again.

I continually use Solentro every year to write a book to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and it's become a marvelous tradition. The site in continually easy to use, affordable (especially considering the high amount of coupons and offers available), and generally very welcoming. I suggest Solentro to anyone curious on making their very own custom book!

At first I wasn’t happy with the way the original book turned out because of the texts of the story was not within the margins. After discussing this with the customer service it was rectified and ended in a Beautiful book cover to cover! The photos that were added enhanced everything! It turned out better than I had anticipated! I would purchase from this company again and again!

I have purchased several books from Solentro. Their design wizard is easy enough to use, but what impresses me most is the quality of the finished product. Although pricy, it's worth it.
