The call center side of the company was awful, having worked there ages ago.

During the interview I was lied to constantly. The pay structure has a lot harder to achieve, the working day expected of us was 25% longer than quoted. And not only that, they said they. Interviewer said they leave at 2pm on Fridays, another lie.

Don't get me wrong, these things aren't the worst of it, but being lied to by the person who does your hiring isn't a good start.

Ontop of that, when I started, I was trained by pre existing employees in the same position, (no problem there), however, several of them notes it's best to target (cold call), "older people" as they were easier to get to book in. Ontop of that, one of the workers would constantly belittle others in the office, and those who left for other roles. As well as making fun of those he had just spoke to on the phone.

Constantly being told my mental health was just "laziness" (anxiety) was super fun icl.

So, to top it off, based on my experience working there briefly, they target older people primarily, but age bracket is 50-86, on the data sheets they have with phone numbers, there's often defamatory remarks about people not being pleasant, (you're cold calling to sell stuff ofc they won't like it), and I was once informed "tell us if someone's rude we will all target them and ring then every 10 mins"

Wouldn't recommend working there, not buying from them, as booking in for "free energy assessments" leads to crazy upselling

The only upside to this place was Adam, who took extra care to ensure when I had concerns about my start early on, he helped me improve

I have just had some work done to my roof to prevent the possibility of tiles coming loose because of old and dry cement. I have no complaints about the work itself or the guys doing it.
BUT! The price charged, even after applying discounts, seems far too high. £5,000 for a job that took two men half a day.
When I queried this with the office they refused to justify the cost, insisting that I had to abide by the contract. So I am going to have to pay, but I won't be using Soluxe ever again, or recommending them to anyone else.

My mum and dad had a energy assessment done by the soluxe group, on inspection it was pointed out that the old fibre glass was due its time to be replaced, sceptical at first, we agreed to go ahead with the soluxe group after jack showed us the reviews and previous work, the works now been done and they went above and beyond, clearing the loft and hoovering all the excess fibre glass etc, I would recommend 👍

Thinking at the time we were doing the right thing we had soft cell foam installed in our loft. After all the problems with mortgages etc we decided to have it removed (didn't want our daughter to have problems after we are gone , we are in our 80's). After much discussion with the lovely Antonio we agreed for Soluxe to do the job and also renew floor insulation. We had the most loveliest two lads Joe and Jack come and do the job. They were professional, kind, informative, hard working, tidy , good quality work despite the heat in the loft. They are a credit to your company. Hang on to them.

He was very professional and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything was left clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone.
