I had to return a bed frame from ordering it incorrectly and they were very helpful with the return process

I ordered a mattress through Debenhams. Sadly the depth was too high for the bed frame which is already high so had to return it. The return process was straight forward and the team polite and helpful.

Great service and communications.
The products were well manufactured from top quality materials at the price point. Much better than the typical trade outlets.

Speedy refund response

I ordered from Debenhams, the bed and mattress arrived when they told us it would. Very good quality. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the bed up the narrow stairs. Excellent customer service as after a few emails Sominar arranged a free return. Definitely would use again.

Ordered through Debenhams with whom Somnior beds are a brand partner. Excellent quality mattress but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for what we needed. Therefore I needed to request a return which was processed quickly and with good customer service. They arranged for a courier to come and collect the mattress who also gave excellent communication in terms of pick up arrangements.

It was a lovely firm mattress, unfortunately it did not fit my bed frame.

Brought a bed lovely colour and mattress but the mattress wasn’t what I wanted the customer service in returning was dealt with straight away

It came in a clear bag, not boxed, yes helpful , but very stealable at the same time.
It came earlier then expected by a few days.

Really happy with this company’s customer service. We bought a mattress with these guys and once we got it it turned out it was not for us as it was to firm for us. we contacted them and explained the issues and they were nothing but understanding and helpful , and they went above and beyond to sort the issue and arranging to have the mattress collected for a return and giving us a full refund. Top tier customer service from these guys would highly recommend, no issues with quality of their items it was just solely an issue with our preferences. Thank you for being so helpful guys.
