I have just booked a spa and hotel experience via an operator at spabreaks.com. She was absolutely wonderful..she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed to make our stay perfect nothing was too much trouble and even called me on her day off..one amazing lady..her name is Sophie…won’t give her surname for privacy for her but if you ever need to call them ask for her ..brilliant thankyou so much Sophie your a star x

I’m only putting one star because I have to put something down. I originally booked for 1430 and I was phoned up later during the day saying it has been moved to 2 o’clock without my consent. And I phoned them up and said there’s no way it’s being moved to 2 o’clock because I will not be making it and the gentleman was saying to me you can cancel it. Why would I want to cancel something that I paid so much money for and when I cancel, I will not be getting any money back.

This company is an absolute abomination, I booked and paid for a spa break for Mother’s Day to be told 3 days before Mother’s Day that actually it wasn’t booked and there had been an error, meanwhile I’ve been back and forth with multiple people trying to solve my issue, taking 1-2 days to reply, DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GO DIRECT!!!

Very ridiculous service, on the site I booked a spa at the Westin hotel for my friend as her birthday gift but choose the option of gift cos it was really a gift. Called them to like change the date I wanted her to receive the mail, next thing I’m being told is I didn’t make a booking and explaining I got a voucher even tho it was the spa package I wanted I clicked on. Okay then, booked the date I wanted suddenly date isn’t available but she can choose any date just that the date she wants can’t be chosen. How do you ruin a persons birthday surprise??? Nothing on your site explained this. And now I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund and her birthday is tomorrow !!! I’m so pissed
