Outstanding service from SpaSeekers.com and great website. Such great deals, so many choices and such good value spa packages. Finally chose a 2 night deal and so many other things in the package, 2 treatments each, money towards dinner, bottle of prosecco in room on arrival, sparkling afternoon tea, use of all the spa facilities, such a brilliant deal and I received a discount on top. I had a slight query about something and it was addressed in seconds, brilliant service. I will definitely be using SpaSeekers again and recommending to friends. Thank you

No refunds when paying for cancellation cover
Paid for Cancellation cover on the booking, and informed on trying to cancel that this only gets you a voucher. Customer service agents incredibly argumentative and trained to repeat "if you'd searched for the terms and conditions you would be aware..." Over and over again. Very condescending when the booking process in no way makes you aware of these terms.
Absolute scam. Do not use this website.

Quite frustrating with the search…
Quite frustrating with the search function. You initially put the date you are looking for and the site comes up with lots of options but when you click on them you have to add the date again and then it says not available or limited and you have to phone up, but there is no answer at the weekend.
