Overbooked - no availability
Small print said to check treatment times with the spa and when I did so, was informed that there was no availability at all! Really disappointing and just relieved we didn't arrive to be turned away...

From what you've described, it appears the spa's availability may not have been updated correctly before accepting live bookings, resulting in a reservation being confirmed when the spa was unfortunately unable to accommodate it. While this is extremely rare, we completely appreciate how disappointing this must have been.

we used Spa Seekers a few weeks ago now ,we had a lovely relaxing day at Wildmoor ,would have given a 5* but confusion when we arrived hadn't got us booked in and was another 4 couples aswell

Good site , easy to use and simple to read only downfall which I am not sure if its spa seekers or the grand the deal didn't mention there was set morning sessions and on purchasing these would be allocated per person.

Booked through spaseekers as a treat…
Booked through spaseekers as a treat during our 30th anniversary holiday. Booking was later cancelled by the hotel saying they were full. I informed spaseekers straight away but my payment was still taken. I had to make a further phone call and then a very helpful lady actioned the refund. The most disappointing part was that we didn't get the spa day.

I dealt with a lovely lady called Faye and she had fantastic customer service. Faye Found me a great deal and I had the best time at the spa in Manchester. Overall was so very pleased I’ll be using Spa Seekers again 100%.
