I dealt with a lovely lady called Faye and she had fantastic customer service. Faye Found me a great deal and I had the best time at the spa in Manchester. Overall was so very pleased I’ll be using Spa Seekers again 100%.

I booked a ‘Spa Day’ for our wedding…
I booked a ‘Spa Day’ for our wedding anniversary at Holbrook Manor and it was less than awful, I’ve sent a complaint via email to spaseekers, I had a reply, and nothing since and that was over a month ago, Emily was the person dealing with it, and after several attempts of sending emails to chase up the complaint, Emily still hasn’t got back to me, do not bother with either Holbrook Manor, Wincanton, and I would really not recommend ‘Spaseekers’, a complete joke all round, I can send all correspondence too if you’d like proof of the entire experience, and I’m prepared to go further with this too. You’re welcome

I was having issues with the website…
I was having issues with the website trying to book. I went onto the live chat and was transferred to someone straight away. They booked and sent through all of the information and also allowed me to use a DC :)

The meal at the restaurant was not as best described.
The meal at the restaurant was disappointing. A restaurant that takes pride in British Asian food only served British food with only one Thai meal with was vegetarian. When I asked if the tofu can be substituted with salmon which was on the menu anyway, they said no. Very little was accommodated for us.

Spa treatments full but still booked it!
Allowed us to book a spa when the spa was full. Had to have treatment on check out next day. No other time options. Have called, left message, done online enquiry and still as yet no one has called me back. First time using them and I can’t say I will be using again.

While this is extremely rare, we completely appreciate how disappointing this must have been.
