Spa treatments full but still booked it!
Allowed us to book a spa when the spa was full. Had to have treatment on check out next day. No other time options. Have called, left message, done online enquiry and still as yet no one has called me back. First time using them and I can’t say I will be using again.

From what you've described, it appears the spa's availability may not have been updated correctly before accepting live bookings, resulting in a reservation being confirmed when the spa was unfortunately unable to accommodate it. Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. Booked an afternoon slot for a reason & then found out my treatment was booked for 10am. Didn’t make any sense. Had to go to great lengths to rearrange things. The spa itself (Chelsea Harbour Hotel) was like a relic from the 1980’s. Really tired, grubby & pool/showers with dirty. Gross. Layout is very weird as well. Lots of steps. This is a terrible booking system & destination. Shame as was looking forward to a nice day out with a friend & ended up being very stressful.

Cut Out the Middleman
Let’s start with the positives first.
The website is easy to use. I couldn’t book using the hotel’s website but I could book the hotel’s spa via SpaSeekers.
The negatives:
1. It cost my GBP 5 more than if I had booked directly through the hotel.
2. During the booking process their website specifically states that you can choose not just a date but a specific time before finalising payment.
I selected the only evening option available. A three hour slot starting at 8:30 PM. This would have meant ending my session at 11:30 PM. But the hotel’s spa (Brookland’s Hotel and Spa) closes at 10:30 PM so obviously their system doesn’t properly synch with that of hotels.
Also, despite selecting a specific evening slot, the confirmation I received from SpaSeekers stated that I needed to contact the spa directly to arrange a time or I would forfeit the booking I had paid for if I showed up and the spa had no availability.
As a result, I needed to contact the hotel’s spa directly anyway. So why bother using SpaSeekers? It costs more and you end up having to do the same work as you would booking directly.
My advice is to cut out the middleman.
