Didn’t have availability for the date I booked for it yet it let me go ahead and book it so then I had to locate to a different site which cost me more diesel and the jacuzzi was broke spa was dated and dirty . The treatments were average

From what you've described, it appears the spa's availability may not have been updated correctly before accepting live bookings, resulting in a reservation being confirmed when the spa was unfortunately unable to accommodate it. While this is extremely rare, we completely appreciate how disappointing this must have been.

Our confirmation stated the wrong…
Our confirmation stated the wrong arrival time of 10am rather than 1am, with no mention of a 4 hour time limit at the spa in Telford Hotel, this means our spa day is to feel rushed especially when lunch is between 12-2pm.
