Did not get the treatments i bought
I bought the spa day the night before but when I went to the crowne plaza hotel they did not have availability for the treatments i had bought. I bought two treatments but they could only accommodate me for one treatment.
Would not recommend buying last minute.

General experience
Booking was straight forward and accessible. Was booked for dual treatments but had to have individual ones as staff member on holiday. Worth keeping booking system updated? place was clean and stone massage treatment was relaxing and therapist tailored session to my needs and was very good. All staff friendly and welcoming .

Availability is not accurate
After spending hours trying to choose the best deal for my mums birthday we finally chose and booked one that we could see was available online, only to be contacted directly by the spa to say that they want to change the day because they don't have availability on that day. It's a draining process already to have to go back and look and not know if the same thing might happened again.

I feel their voucher system is unfair
I feel their voucher system is unfair. I was bought a £75 voucher. Two months later my husband passed away. The following September the voucher was due to expire but I had forgotten about it, I may have been reminded of it with it being my birthday but unfortunately then my brother in law passed away in a very traumatic accident. I had exceptional circumstances that led to me forgetting about the voucher so I asked for it to be reviewed by manager, this request was ignored. They were not bothered at all quoting the system needs to be fair for everyone. Whilst I understand that to an extent this company doesn't have a great trust pilot standing and I think that's to do with it's customer service... They are of course happy to absorb the £75 as pure profit but at a cost to their future custom from me. I think the voucher rules serve spaseekers and not the customer... I'm guessing from reviews they get a lot of profit this way.

Misleading - take payments without availability
I booked a spa treatment through your website which was clearly advertised as available, and I received a booking confirmation. This was specifically for a birthday tomorrow. Hours later, I received an email directly from the spa stating they are fully booked and cannot honour the reservation.
This is extremely misleading. Payment has already been taken by Spaseekers, and now I am left without plans for the birthday and having to wait for a refund for a booking that should never have been accepted.
This is disgraceful. I expect an immediate full refund. I will never use your service again.
