Space Station on Horton Road West Drayton in Hillingdon Borough in London has been amazing
● 1: they have done anything & everything to help me & to accommodate my need for storage & to give me what is suitable to cover my said needs
● 2: they have also been so kind because any questions or pre concerns/worries I had , they were & did happily answer & address my questions or pre concerns / worries so I was reassured & happy with everything
● 3: they were amazing with setting up the application process & any agreements process
● 4: the prices were actually good , helpful & reasonable prices
● 5: security wise they were on point they went beyond with more security than I thought there would be which is good its to protect everything from start to finish from ....
* Getting in to the car park / unloading areas of the site

* Getting access inside the actual building facility

* showing you your storage units & how to access each floor area which that the said specific unit is on & once you have been shown you are allowed to go there without staff

* Accessing the transport goods lifts to your spcified rented units floor within the building once the system recognises you

* Checking out once finish
Which is all done with thousands of cameras literally everywhere closely position together around on site everywhere in & out of the building & each person that rents a unit out are also given individual specific personalised access codes only allowing access to that person or someone they list on their signed agreements. Which the specific personal codes only be known to the signing agreements renter & those listed people of a unit for storage access. All the security mentioned so far is also accompanied by a time stamp access system that logs when you come & go & where & the floor your unit is on which works with the said individuals specific personlised access code that was given to them & all the camaras which is also accompanied by alarm systems all over too
● 6: upon signing a agreement to rent a storage unit i was also told however many you must have contence insurance cover for each unit , now they at Space Station can provide this themselves for you or you can get your own insurance cover from another supplier of your choice elsewhere but you must have contence insurance cover as a requirement upon signing an agreement from Space Station which i think is smart & good thing if the unthinkable happened
● 7: The Storage company Space Station also do provide a fantastic helpful service to customers that they can use for free from the company they can provide a moving truck to help with moving anything for you to your storage unit within the storage facility & they said if you require it & request it they can provide that & an additional service also that is also free, so when the truck comes they can also box up & pack things for you if you require it & ask for it but this is only offered to first time storage unit users & it all has to be transported & boxed up in 1 day (the same day) but you can do it yourself then request the truck to transfer everything to your storage unit at a date that suits you
●8: Space Station storage unit company can also provide supplies to help with packing up they can provide things like
boxes , bubble wrap , tape & more
But these things can be separately purchased if needed these are not included in any offers or services or signed agreements , but are there to be purchased if needed from the main office
......
But all in all fantastic service , reasonably priced , lovely place very clean , helpful kind accommodating friendly staff & a great trustworthy company at Space Station & it has been a very pleasant helpful experience so far 😀 👍🏻

I had to relocate to Birmingham following the death of my mother I had to store my furniture as had no where to live in Birmingham so was in temporary accommodation
The Castle Bromwich team were excellent Glenn sorted out everything for me which as a single female having to trust a company to keep my belongings safe secure and protected was a blessing especially going through the bereavement period
Rebecca has been the person that I have dealt with the most and she has been so compassionate and supportive during this time. In particular is her ability to recognize my voice call me by my name and listen whilst being professional and sorting everything out, and making females feel safe and cared about she is a true angel who genuinely sees women as a priority in what is normally deemed as a male environment. So if your a woman and not sure what to do in a crisis and need support Rebecca is your gal.
I would advise all women who find themselves in need of moving home and having to deal with all it entails which is stressful to use Space Station as the removal company they use a firm called Jones Removals and they also offer great service so you don't even have to spend time searching for removal companies as it can all be done with Space Station but you have a choice so it's up to you what you do. For me as a single female and going through bereavement it was wonderful to know that it could be done through them and that was what I did

Really impressed with Space Station Storage! The team was extremely helpful from start to finish, and Rebecca at reception is particularly friendly and efficient. The storage unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. The pricing is fair, and the app works brilliantly once you’re set up. The movers were very efficient and polite too. Overall, a smooth and worry-free experience – highly recommend!

Very good Service from start to finish with good communication & guidance

Thank you to Ted and his colleagues at Shrewsbury Space Station. Ted is an enthusiastic member of the team and he took us through the process of hiring and beyond. We opted for the free removal as part of our deal which was as smooth as it could be. The premised are clean and well lit. We are encouraged by the security of the site. Thank you to Ted and his colleagues, you made a difficult time much easier for us to deal with.

Everything is so easy to use,the units are great and the people so helpful, would recommend it to everyone.

I would like to acknowledge, Chris and Rebecca, their great customer service, they were always quick to answer my calls and reply my emails, I have no doubt that they are both a great asset to the business.

Staff here are what made this experience great. They were super helpful, showing us the spaces, and helping us work out what way best for what we needed.

Easy to deal with and nice clean storage lockers

The team in Banbury have been so understanding and supportive over the last few months since I lost my husband. They eased my worries by arranging a storage unit and removal along with keeping me up to date throughout. They took the time to discuss the most suitable unit size and most cost effective payment options and when I was running late to pick up my key, Paul stayed later and greeted me with a smile. They have been compassionate and helpful throughout. Gary & Paul particularly. Thank you

Polite, friendly, helpful staff, made the introductory process easy to understand, good storage facility, good prices. SpaceStation collected, transported and removal men helped pack my items into the storage facility which was clean and well maintained. Location Wakefield, would definitely recommend.

Good parking and easy to access.

Denver and the other members of the Godalming Space Station team have been so helpful in getting my unit set up. The Happy2Move team picked up the items to be stored and put them in the unit for me. I was pleased to see how well they have been sorted in the unit and with obvious care. The access via the app is excellent and the centre is clean and bright.
