I received my order of lamps and one wouldn’t work.
I emailed and received a reply and offer of refund.

A few weeks later a customers lamp kept blowing the bulb.
I emailed again, a bit apprehensive this time as it had been awhile since I bought them.
No need to worry.I emailed and again I will be refunded. No quibbling only apologies.

Very happy with this company. Have been using Sparks for over 6 months now for a variety of their products. Excellent communication, especially during C19 Lockdowns, deliveries of product have always been on time and no issues. Happy to continue stocking and supplying their products.

I live overseas and had been looking to buy wax burners for my business for the last couple of months. Being such a fragile item I was really hesitant but couldn't find what I was looking for in my country of residence. I sent countless emails to customer services to see what my gut told me and they were brilliant every single time. I don't think I ever waited for more than an hour or two for a reply, really polite and answered all of the many questions I had.

I proceeded to buy 40 wax burners. I'm used to waiting 8-10 days for all my orders from the UK and thats no problem at all but my order was dispatched 30/11 and I received it 03/12!!! Every single burner was in tact and brilliantly packed. When the delivery guy arrived at my house one of the two huge boxes was upside down!! (I could tell from where the fragile tape was placed) and I immediately feared the worst. If they hadn't taken as much care while packaging my order then I'm certain the outcome would have been completely different.

I would no doubt recommend this company and wouldnt hesitate in using them again. I dealed with Daryl from customer services and he was excellent.

I’ve had lots of orders from this company in the past with no issue but recently have had a problem with my last 3 orders, one had lots of smashed items and there was a delay in receiving a credit note. Next one, the products weren’t fit for purpose and not as described on the website but they’ll only accept a return at my cost! Next order, product again not as described on the website, and again not fit for purpose. This was an electric wax melt burner, described as ceramic but is actually made of metal so the metal dish doesn’t get hot enough to melt the wax. Customer service not helpful at all when there is a problem. In the process of opening a PayPal dispute. Just be aware that the descriptions can be misleading.

Products are generally good; however I was disappointed with my first order. One item broken and they don't replace it - the default is a credit note but they do offer a refund. I found their product descriptions misleading so please check the detailed descriptions carefully. 2 assorted does not mean "a pack of 2" - I got caught out with this and ordered what I though was 13 oil burners but ended up with only 5 - and they therefore worked out far more expensive than I was expecting to pay for them! I doubt I'll be ordering from them again until they change the wording on some of their products.

I’ve had around 3 orders with sparks now & ready to place a 4th.
Delivery is around 2 weeks but due to covid so that’s understandable.
Products come exactly how advertised.
Only Con is not all items are in stock, so repeat purchases are hard.

Unhelpful customer service. Rang on a Monday to add to my order just placed at the weekend but they won't allow it even though they emailed to say my order won't be going out until later in the week

I was a little dubious reading negative reviews on here but placed my first order and can say I very pleased with it and delivery was as expected on time. Definitely will be using this company again xx

Not a great company , items have arrived broken and you don't get your money back quickly items are always despatched late and take ages to arrive , customer service dreadful and abrupt. Will not recommend I’m afraid.

terrible company !!! orders arrive broken or you don't get your order at all! if you ask for the track and trace code you will be ignored

I ordered from sparks gift wholesalers for the first time,
I was disappointed while ordering from the website and navigate to select items i wished to purchase, after 20 minutes browsing and selecting items, These items from shopping basket suddenly disappeared. on the plus side a customer service person called james was quite helpful to help me with the order.
