Perfect all round
First-time customer here following a recommendation from a friend. Absolutely brilliant experience. My prescription glasses are great, the ordering process was easy, and delivery was super-fast (4 days from ordering to being able to wear the glasses). There was even a little bottle of cleaner in the package – thank you. Sooo much more cost-effective than a high-street alternative. I will now definitely be a repeat customer.

Last month I ordered a new pair, which just did not fit, and the colour was not what I expected either.
