what a delightful company to order from , as i’m in UK i sent SF a polite enquiry asking if i would incur any customs, a very friendly email back stated i could order as they had a UK supplier 👍 i was a tad sceptical but placed my order for my 100ml ‘ Egyptian sugar soiree’ and picked 2 free samples ( wish more companies would do this ) lo and behold without any hassle my order arrived about 5 days later ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻 perfume is gorgeous and the 2 samples were fab i will definitely be ordering again from here , great friendly service from across the world can’t recommend enough xx

I purchased two full bottles of this brand - black anubis and damascena.
Apparentl sphinx perfumes are known in usa and are extremely long lasting . I was quite excited about wearing them and launched straight in. Damascena is a very heavy floral, amber fragrance meant to be worn in the evening. It smells very round, smooth and very lush. It did stay on my skin for several hours and I was attracted to it😍my husband loves black anubis.

I ordered back on April 29th and have emailed them multiple times since March 3rd with zero response. I have emailed directly and sent emails on the contact page on their site to no avail. I have not had a single response to address the issue that I have been charged twice for one order and have not been refunded.

I purchased perfume and before placing order I asked Sphinx to help me with costume service as I am from EU and taxes here on perfumes are high and it takes forever to clear costumes fees. Sphinx agreed.

Of course, when time came, they vaguely provided some support and I had to do all the work. Not even mentioning their rude emails.

I wrote them and said that I am not interested in perfume anymore and that I will send it back along with samples unopened and I am willing to bear shipping costs as long as they reimburse perfume costs. They agreed.

Now I am left with no money (lost over 100$) and no perfume as Sphinx is rejecting to reimburse my money. I need to again highlight that their costume service is one of rudest I ever encountered! I believe they are all nice to you when all is good and you purchase the product but when there is actual issue they blame costumer and rather not dealing with you at all.

I recently made a purchase of 2 fragrances from SPHINX COSMETICS and I was very disappointed on the quality of the batches I received. I noted this on my review of the purchase, and customer service reached out to me on their own volition and offered to send me 2 new bottles with updated formulation with the hope I be a happy customer. I am very grateful for this amazing customer service. I take my hard earned money to business that offer good customer service and stand by the quality of their products, and so I will continue to buy from this company in the future. Thanks so much!
