I am extremely disappointed with Splashbacks UK and feel compelled to warn others about my experience.

I placed an order in January for two splashback pieces but only ever received one. Despite multiple phone calls and numerous emails, many of which went completely unanswered, I was repeatedly promised that the missing item would be delivered. Now, at the end of April, after four months of chasing, I was told that not only was the item not dispatched as promised last week, but it had allegedly been sent to the wrong person. Frankly, I find that very hard to believe.

While I have now finally received a refund for the missing item, the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to take responsibility are simply unacceptable.

This has been an exhausting and disappointing process from start to finish. I would strongly advise others not to order from this company. If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, one star is the lowest option.

They have our money but are not answering email or delivering our order. Supposedly waiting on parts for printer, we now think they are a scam company. Do not recommend, especially as I have breast cancer and could do without the stress of this company ignoring us but taking our money. Shame on them!

when I placed the order, a two week delivery was quoted. 6 weeks later the two splashbacks turned up. Delivered by there own van and driver(more about that later).
Seems like the same excuse as before,(previous review) printer trouble.
So the splashbacks;
I ordered thier marble effect v14. The standard size for behind the hob, is ok at best. It certainly isn't as sharp as the image on website portrays.
the 2nd splasback was for behind the sink and taps, so considerably wider. This is shockingly bad. The image as been stretched to fit and subsequently lost the detail, almost blurry.
Back to the driver, he rang to say he was outside, couldn't walk to the doorbell, in fact could only walk to the back of the van. didn't/wouldn't engage in any conversation at all,a very unhappy miserable man. Not great.
So I would not reccomend at all.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Had some teething problems as their printer broke and so they had to wait for a new part , but the communication from Paulo was consistent with updates.
Arrived on time and looks amazing was worth the wait.

Good quality splashbacks, efficient service would highly recommend this company Sam was a lovely young man to deal with so was his mum.

Bought a lovely splashback that everyone comments on. Asked if there was chopping boards to match, bought two. Great service and quality.

Great company to deal with. Took a while to get here but they did have problems with their printer which was resolved fairly quickly. But they did keep me informed all the way which really helps. Delivered by their own driver (to Devon no less) and he was great too. He even explained the best way to put the splashbacks up. And they looked great. So, thank you.

We ordered a splashback at the beginning of October. The company was moving premises so I gave them benefit of doubt as our splashback was late. It turned up today and wow a image I had sent of a holiday we had years ago with great memories is now sitting behind my hob. More inportant missus is over the moon so might be able to go for few pints Friday. Well done guys

Fantastic service, easy to order, and the company went over and above with the delivery due to our holidays.

Placed an order over a month ago. Still haven't received the Splashback, can't get a response on email, and the phone number is now dead. Stay clear.

It started of well. Even had contact with company at first.
I received our splash back on Thursday 2nd October 2025 after chasing for delivery date with company. On arrival I have opened the parcel and item was smashed to pieces.

I sent emails with pictures to company and owner called back to reassure he was going to refund our money spent, and that it happened to several other customers. I Asked when will money be refunded. He said immediately. Welp still waiting (WHY?). Since then I have called and emailed trying to at least make contact and get some clarification from Splashbacks.co.uk
I final got through to a man who said I must send an email and he was an employee, I asked for his name and explained the situation he chuffed and said nothing to do with him send an email. He could not put me through to “management” his name was “John”
No contact back from them, no callbacks no emails no money back
Just one big fat *****SCAM****

Great choice of designs, good quality, fair pricing, good service. Fitted my splash back today really pleased.

Ordered a splash back from them. Waited over the 14 day period and when it was delivered it was smashed to pieces.

It was a glass splash back. They wrapped it in bubble wrap in cardboard. No wood to protect or stop it being bent!!!!

Tried contacting them straight away by phone and can’t get through even though within office opening times. Also dropped email with video of opening the box as could tell as soon as I took hold. I have been waiting for this to complete a kitchen and now it’s put back again!!!

Great service and a fantastic experience overall. The splashback was delivered promptly and installed with care. Communication was clear throughout, and the team was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Quality service. I was contacted prior to them making my design, as they were concerned about the image I sent, as it was landscape, and the measurements were for a portrait splashback. We discussed all the options over the phone until I was happy to proceed with my order. It arrived within a few days and it truly is amazing. Well worth what I paid

We had a problem with our splash Back arriving damaged. but the team were on it and got us another one out realty quickly , when it arrived it was perfect every one listened to what we wanted and delivered it out to us in a perfect condition we are really pleased with it and the service we got would recommend this company and there friendly service thank you .

Very good experience with this company. Took just over a week to make my splashback and i was notified by Tom that it would arrive the next morning. Extremely well packed and made it all the way to Portugal. Absolutely fabulous and looks great in my kitchen. Thankyou so much 😃

What a beautiful splashback, I am chuffed to bits. The splashback was ordered, the website showed us how to measure so that was easy. I asked for an update and they replied straight away and were very polite. It was delivered with care and I was so pleased. I cannot recommend this company enough
