Vitor was an excellent nutritionist
Vitor was an excellent nutritionist. I would highly recommend him.
I chose him as he also had a background in fitness and I wanted someone that I felt could support me to make serious changes.
I have PMOS and related symptoms which impact my sensitivity to blood sugar spikes, insulin resistance, and weight management. I felt I had a healthy diet but needed professional help to manage symptoms triggered by eating and my habits.
Vitor was very understanding towards the impact of my condition (including hormones) on my challenges, goals, and experiences, and used that knowledge to provide me with tailored support. For example, educating me on how hormonal shifts impacted appetite and energy needs and providing me with the tools (portion control, guidance on managing cravings, fuelling properly, etc.) to manage my diet in a way that significantly improved my outcomes.
Vitor helped to change my habits and mindset through information, acting as an accountability figure, and being supportive through achievements and setbacks. Seeing him regularly kept me motivated and he’s helped me to make lasting changes.

I give the muscular skeletal consultant 10/10
My face to face video with a muscular skeletal consultant was most informative and helpful. She spent 30 minutes with me, and I was able to book an appointment for that day when I needed it
She gave me 8 physio exercises to do over 4 weeks for my injured knee. I have been doing them every day. They have really helped and I am recovering well. Square health is worth using and they are always committed to health and well being. The female consultant was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding

I ATTENDED A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION WITH A SPECIALIST NURSE, BUT THE CALL WAS CUT SHORT DUE TO POOR CONNECTIVITY AT MY WORKPLACE. I REARRANGED THE APPOINTMENT ONLINE FOR THE FOLLOWING EVENING, SO I COULD TAKE THE CALL FROM HOME. THE NURSE LISTENED CAREFULLY TO MY CONCERNS, PROVIDED CLEAR HELPFUL INFORMATION ABOUT MY CONDITION, SHARED LINKS TO USEFUL RESOURCES FOR FURTHER READING AND OUTLINED GUIDANCE ON THE NEXT STEPS.

I had a therapy session for the first time. I was really nervous and didn’t know what to expect but Chris was really supportive and helpful. It was really useful just to talk through the issues with someone who was impartial but Chris helped give me some perspective and a visualisation technique to help in future which I’ve been using. Would definitely recommend and use again!
