Very efficient service, clear comms, good value for money ratio

First and foremost I would like to say, from the first moment to the last minute, we were absolutely delighted with their great performances and friendly communication.

It wasn’t easy for us to make this decision. Before I decided, I talked to a lot of removals companies and got quotations. I had to, because, whenever I got a service from a removals company, I've always had a lot of breakdowns because of small or big problems.

I am concerned that the firms that I receive offers will always be disappointed with the hidden pricing, contract and working conditions, honesty, working speed, courtesies and care they give to your belongings.

I had the same concerns when I first contacted SSMD's boss Serdar. An incredible thing happened, and from the moment we started talking to Serdar, I absolutely trusted him and I was really relieved.

After this talk, we met him personally when Serdar came to our house to inspection and, our confidence increased even more.

On the moving day, Serdar and his team carried our house with superhuman effort and great care to pack all our belongings and move into our new home. Afterwards, they have assembled all our furniture in our new house with great care and masterly.

I was delighted to experience the first time that a house moved so smoothly and with superior performance.

I needed a removal company so I telephoned SSMD Removals. I spoke to a lovely lady called Mira who explained the procedure and approximate prices to me over the telephone. On moving day the guys turned up on time and fully equipped for the move. The day was very hot but the guys worked hard continuously for 7 hours straight and took time and care with my furniture and other items. I was very pleased with the move and price. I will definitely be recommending SSMD Removals to my friends and family.

We moved from London to Nottingham; it was quite stressful as my wife was pregnant. However, SSMD was -in a word- excellent! Serdar and his team were professional and, at the same time, friendly. No damage, no delay, no stress, no extra-charge, no complain etc. Perfect! From now on, wherever I am in the UK, I will first call SSMD. Thank you Serdar and Mira.

Serdar is polite, friendly and attentive to my every need. He will thoroughly check beforehand all of my requirements and even mention things that I have forgotten about. I do events around the country where I need a lot of stock and equipment moved regularly. Serdar is always on time and very fast and efficient with his service. Over the last 4 years working with him, he has never once let me down. My business relies on Serdar to be able to deliver so I'm very grateful that I can count on him and his company.

Before I found Serdar, I did not know this level of incredible service existed. I would not look elsewhere now. Even if it's cheaper elsewhere, I would not risk going with someone else as I have received very bad service from other companies before.

I used these guys recently to move from a 3rd floor flat with no lift and lots of heavy items. They turned up on time (despite the snow!) got straight on with the job and didn't complain at all. Both the guys were very friendly and helpful.

All moved without a scratch or any dirt on the new cream carpets! They were very thoughtful and even completed the job quicker than quoted so charged less!

I would highly recommend Serdar and the team and would definitely use them again.
