Amazing Storage Experience for Business
Previously stored my business inventory at Big Yellow. Haven't regretted switching to Hold Self Storage once. All the staff have been amazing from the initial quote stage through to move in and ongoing storage. They really try to find you solutions, help where they can and make you as comfortable as possible. Best service I've received and amazing customer service. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Wonderful experience with Hold Storage
I had to use the storage for a couple of weeks whilst I was in between places. I picked Hold Storage not only because it has the most competitive pricing for the period I needed, the staff (Dan) was also incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to take me through the whole process, showed me around and explained everything in detail. The storage is also at a very convenient location, it is incredibly safe, secure and clean.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Hold Self Storage. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the right storage unit and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. The site is spotless, secure, and conveniently accessible. Great value for money and excellent customer service throughout. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

purpose built building, new, modern and clean, many facility's. excellent staff, experienced and helpful, great atmosphere. discounted hire van available in the carpark. recycling nearby. after using several competitors storage units i prefer hold, better prices more facility's

I had a genuinely great experience with Hold Storage. James, the manager, was helpful from the very beginning and made everything really easy for me. He even arranged 24‑hour access, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress out of the whole process. The place itself is clean, organised, and simple to use. I really appreciate the support and the way they look after their customers. Definitely recommend.

HOLD Storage was a really smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organised, which gave me confidence leaving my belongings there. I especially liked how easy the access system was—being able to get in and out without hassle made a big difference.
The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly and helping me choose the right unit size. The 24/7 security and CCTV also made me feel my items were safe at all times. Overall, I’d definitely recommend HOLD to anyone needing reliable storage in London.

Costly but Worth it
Terence was super helpful and reassuring during the rental process. He was thorough in explaining billing to accessing my storage locker. After speaking with several other companies, I am confident I made the right choice. I will update my review when I check out!

The experience was perfect, no complaints, super easy check in, I had to do it during odd hours post 8pm and they made the arrangements, the team of James, Daniel, Armeet, Terrence and the rest were awesome!
