Hold Storage Kings Cross have been absolutely brilliant. Every single interaction with their team has been consistently outstanding — they go above and beyond every time. After being given the runaround (and even some underhanded sales tactics) at other facilities, Hold Storage was a breath of fresh air: transparent, honest, and genuinely friendly.

Customer service in London can be hard to come by these days, but the culture this team has built is remarkable. I truly commend them for it and highly recommend using Hold Storage — you won’t regret it.

Hold were great! From the easy to read website, to helpful customer service phonecall, pleasant reception area, parking availability and clean storage, all was brilliant. I was especially grateful for the free Zipcar membership and discount. That was a real bonus. Thanks team Hold!

The building is well kept, units seem well secured, customer service is top notch, nice staff. Rates are reasonable. The removal service they recommended was really good (Karim/Ali). There are pods where to work/study and a kitchen area where to have tea or coffee, facilities are comfortable and clean.
Ran away from a different storage company, happy with Hold.

Used to be a client when it was Attic. HOLD seems to be much more customer focused - all details much more accessible and great and thorough explanations from Armeet. Still very reasonable rates for short term storage. Got the cheapest option they provide (smallest unit for shortest rental period) and was still made to feel like a very valued customer.

Such a seamless storage experience from start to finish. The team, Dan, Armeet, James are super friendly and make everything so easy. Would highly recommend

What an absurd uncommercial company. Unable to see the bigger picture.

My removal guys left a couple of empty black bin liners in the storage unit after they had packed up. In an ideal world, no they would not have done this .... but big picture you would assume the unit was going to be cleaned anyway after each tenancy.

But HOLD decided that a 50 GBP "fee" for picking up a couple of empty black bin liners was warranted.

Talk about showing how to lose a client permanently.

Great location and always clean with nice staff. I’ve had two units here at one point which shows how much I liked it. My only criticism would be the car park is super small for the original part and that can make getting things here and leaving hard.

Service was great, Lex (Akanku) on the desk was really friendly and Dan (Ramirez) was awesome on coms, emails were always clear and specific so I knew exactly what I needed to do and he'd follow up with a call if needed - made things nice and easy.
The space is much nicer than most storage facilities, always well lit and clean.

Hold is a great facility, the work pods are a great addition and Armeet, Dan and James are incredibly helpful.

The Hold storage team are elite! Armeet, Dan and James are the dream team! They make everything so easy and smooth, and are always so helpful with any issues or questions I may have. I would recommend Hold storage to literally anyone. Best storage company in the UK by far, and I have experienced a lot of them.
