Stair Supplies Reviews

Looked great, it was what I needed to finish off my flooring. First nail I put in it, it broke in half. I already had pilot holes drilled in it. Not very happy.

Very responsive and helpful.. Glad to see you are back to productiona nd busy. Only with since this order was for a missing tread from my original order (my fault), that it could be expedited so my contractor can finally finish my stairs and railing system!!! Its been a challenge without railings on my new floating stairs!!!

No problem. Worked with Me and gave me direction Through the whole project. Thanks

Worked out fine. Wife isn't crazy about it but I like it.

I ordered the parts I needed and my carpenter custom built our staircase. It is absolutely beautiful. The parts are solid iron with a high quality finish. The shipped and arrived exactly as expected.

My contact was Justin who from the start was very helpful introducing Stair Supplies. Their Youtube Video series was very helpful regarding installation.
Inventory material arrived as scheduled and packaged for easy part identification making installation a breeze.

Love our outside and inside products we purchased from Stairsupplies. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my DIY projects.

I’m very happy with my staircase. The company was very easy to work with and my staircase is beautiful. Everyone who sees it agrees that it is “the star of the show”.

The parts were exactly what we needed and were delivered on time

Excellent service and delivery. Products sold are of superior quality.

Great quality, great service. Thanks!

I purchased cable railing and the rep was very helpful. I messed up a couple of parts during installation. They sent replacements right away and was fair on the pricing.

could not get a quotation after several attempts by phone and email. McKenna and Morgan not available, although I got a few emails from McKenna, not quote yet. My deck is not fully done except for the railing and cable parts needed from your company. I emailed pictures to McKenna.

The 45 degree mitered handrails that I ordered were satisfactory, with one exception: The curved end that presses against the wall was not trimmed - - your craftsman perhaps skipped a last important step?

It was far too much trouble to send them back. So I found a friend with a proper bench saw, and we cut to the right length.

Best wishes, Fred Coffey

I ordered iron railings and when I needed more, they jacked up the price instead of honoring the previous pricing.

Stair Supplies made the whole process seamless and straightforward .

I wanted to update the appearance of my handrails and brackets leading down to our lower level. The satin nickel long reach brackets completed the look. They were flawless, easy to install, and look great! Would definitely order from StairSupplies again.

The guy in the phone sold me the wrong iron baluster base caps and when I tried to order the correct caps they were back ordered. I was told they wouldn’t be in for several weeks and I’d be notified when they are back in stock. I never got a call back from anyone.

Stair supplies was great to work with. Responsive and helpful. Loved the detailed quote and 3-D mock up of our design. Ordering process was easy and everything arrived as expected. Super impressed with the packaging and labeling of all the parts. The view rail cable railing was high quality and we love the look of it. While the instructions were ok and the YouTube videos somewhat helpful, I wish there had been a bit more detail with more tips and tricks for installing the cable. You get the hang of it quickly but I make some mistakes in the beginning which made the install a bit frustrating at the start. I also found that many of the steel insert sleeves don’t fit the holes in the posts - even with significant hammering and trying to flatten the lip with pliers there are a handful that I can’t get in.
