I just received my stretched canvas print and it is gorgeous!! My son is going to love this gift for his 30th Birthday!! I plan on ordering several more! Thank you for this very special piece of art!!

Ordered on the 4th of Feb as a valentines gift for my fiance. Heard nothing until I emailed them on the 10th to be told that it wasn't even shipped yet. I was told that they didn't expect such a high volume of order. Hard to believe there was such a lack of preparation for a busy period considering most people have turned to online shopping over the past year. My advice would be not to accept orders if you cannot deliver within the stated timeframe or at least be upfront about the delays so customers have a choice.
The product finally arrived on the 19th of Feb. The picture is nice but the frame is cheap and there is a split where 2 corners are joined. I would have expected a much better quality frame for the price.

So happy with my Starrymap and had a really great experience working with the company. The map looks awesome and was a really special gift to give. The company was super responsive and helpful and made things as easy as can be. I highly recommend getting one of these for yourself or someone special. 10/10

I saw this product on TilTok. Knew it would amk a perfect V-day gift. Customer service was very quick to respond to my questions. Product shipped quickly and arrived with wnty of time to spare. I had it shipped to my work. The office crew opened it by mistake and was brought to tears about how sweet and meaningful this gift is. Its a winner guys!

We've been ordering these as sympathy gifts for employees at work and they have been meaningful and special to each employee and their loved ones. The digital versions are excellent quality and the prints are very quality as well!

I was so excited when I ordered my starry map. I got the confirmation email that it had been shipped and where to track my package. Unfortunately I had some errors with the tracking and I had to go back and forth with customer service. However, customer service replied to my emails immediately and helped resolve the problem. They were easy to deal with and assured me my map was on the way. It was even better than expected when I recieved it. Great quality.

This business really lets everyone feel important. I had minor damage on my first print, which is something rare in itself because plenty of people who suggested this gift all had excellent quality. When i had contacted "Mike From StarryMaps", I felt I had made a friend by the end of the process, plus a new board once I proved mine was damaged. I know i will definitely be ordering from here again.

SUPER cute idea however I did not receive tracking info after 8 days of placing the order. Because I needed this within a specific time frame I need to cancel the order and be refunded. Mike has responded to my emails very nicely so far, hoping he will grant me my request of cancelling and give me a refund. Will post an update on how this was handled by the company.
*Update-Mike quickly issued my refund without any problems so I am very happy about that.

I ordered a framed print as a gift to my husband (and myself)
It arrived just in time for our first anniversary, thanks to Mike and the team for their hard work specially during this time of year.

My husband loves it so much! Given that he's an artist, he admires the attention to detail and appreciates the quality. It even looks better in real life and makes a statement in our home.

I recommend Starry Maps for the friendly customer service and great quality.

Super easy to design and order. If I had and questions, Mike responded very quickly. This gift is unique and personal and our daughter loved it, a highlight on Christmas morning, for sure! I recommend this to anyone who wants to commemorate a special date or occasion. Thanks again!

Ordered for Christmas but I always order gifts too late and with covid shipping everywhere is delayed. I didn't get a confirmation code after a few days, so I emailed the website and Mike got back to me as fast as possible. When my parents received their gift, they were super happy. I paid extra for a nice frame and it looks amazing. They weren't even bummed out that it was late. ( which was my own fault, since I wait to the last minute to do anything lol) Would definitely recommend buying again. I wish I could post a photo, it looks so nice

I just cannot say enough about how excellent the customer service is ..Mike and his team work so hard this time of year and continue to service every customer..ordered 3 for my grandchildren for Christmas..could not decide black or blue with Mike’s help went with blue like the sky..and white frame..hoping they would arrive on time and they did!I did not see them until they were opened...they all loved them. They are going to hang in their game room so everyone can see them!! They looked so beautiful..may have to get them for their parents!!Thank you Mike and your team..

This was the worst company I have ever done business with. They took $85 from me. I shipped my package with my correct address filled in from PayPal. When the package was shipped, it took a month to ship to my post office and back to the company because there wasn’t a vital address line. It was literally a day before Christmas and I asked for a refund and all they offered was a waive of the reshipping fee. Starry Maps responds to bad reviews and tries to debunk them without taking anything from them to better their company. I requested a refund on PayPal and this company flight tooth and nail to keep me from getting a refund. PayPal refused the case because they showed that the package had been delivered to my post office, not my address. All in all, I’m out $85, 2 months of my time, and had an experience with a company that doesn’t care about it’s customers, only about scamming them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on Dec 10th and still have yet to get a tracking number. NOWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE DID IT SAY THAT YOU WOULD NOT GET ITEMS SHIPPED OUT IN A LONGER TIMEFRAME DUE TO DEMAND. It says ships in 3 business days in your FAQ. Then you are telling people that are in the states. "Well read the about page. We are in Ireland, but we sorta do business else where." I explained after the first week that this order was no longer needed. I had a family flying in for Christmas and needed to provide them with a Christmas present while they were in town. Someone said "SORRY YOUR PRINTS ARE PRINTED NO REFUND. THEY JUST NEED TO BE PUT IN FRAMES AND SHIPPED OUT ANY DAY!" A week after that no tracking number. It became, feel sorry for me because Christmas we are in high demand. Like come on, I understand stuff happens, but give me a refund of my $240 for someone that is not working it is A LOT of Money! I asked, if they are already printed then what state are they in? Then I was GHOSTED. Please give me a refund. They were Christmas presents that are not obviously needed in Januarary now. Shame on you for not refunding my order!

Love my map! I ordered for my husband for our anniversary. It came very quick despite it being December and thr middle of a pandemic. I must have received a faulty product bc there were scratches on the frame and the covering was marked up. I emailed and received a response almost immediately. The pics were reviewed and they did agree that wasn't up to their quality standards. I received a new one a couple days later with even quicker shipping and it was pristine! Great product and great customer service! Highly recommend.

Amazing people. I had ordered my 4 posters months ahead received them but believe it or not my dog had got hold of them and destroyed them, 6 days prior to Xmas. I go back on line and order new ones but knowing I would not get them for Christmas. I emailed the company explaining my situation. Mike emailed me back straight away snd promised me he would try his best to get them to me before Xmas. I wasn’t expecting any miracles They arrived 3 days prior.
OMG I was over the moon as this way my children’s main present.

Ordered as Christmas gift for my wife, more than a week in advance for Christmas. Went more than 5 days with NO shipping information. After a couple of days of correspondence, they couldn’t give me any time frame on delivery, even after I paid the extra money for express shipping. They refunded WITHOUT MY consent. Terrible customer service with awful response time. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

I ordered a print and while following up on the tracking information, I got excellent customer service. My email with questions was responded to nearly immediately and they even followed up after it was delivered to make sure I was happy-- which it turned out amazing! Quite pleased all around.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WAITED 8 DAYS WITH NO SHIPPING NUMBER OR TRACKING. ITS BASED IN IRELAND SO GOOD LUCK REACHING SOMEONE IN A TIMELY MANOR DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
