Ordered 2 separate maps for a 50th and 25th wedding anniversaries. They loved them. Service was fast and precise. Would order again.

Although there was a mistake made in the ordering process , I received an awesome print to the correct adress, no extra cost. Very good customer service. I recommend this company. 👌

I love my map! Unfortunately it got damaged during shipping but Mike was right on it with a replacement that arrived fast and perfect! Great product and even better customer service. I can’t wait for my next occasion that deserves a star map!

I had questions about my order which were answered immediately. The order showed up sooner then expected and turned out much better than I had hoped. I highly recommend.

I ordered just the print without the frame and it arrived in bad condition. However, I contacted their customer support right away and Mike responded quickly. He replaced it right away free of charge as it was damaged during shipment. Overall, I would highly recommend ordering from here, not only because of the product but also because of the great customer service! :)

Top notch customer service, prompt responses. Won’t go into details but long story short they went above and beyond and delivered upon a customers request that most other company’s would not accommodate for. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

I had to deal with a shipping issue and they were great working with me to resolve a few nagging problems with order delivery. So good to get product and see it was exactly what I expected when ordering.

My map waa purchased as a gift. When concerned about my delivery arriving on time, i had an immediate response to my inquiry as well as follow up updates without having to ask. I was even provided a small printable copy to use in placement in case my print did not arrive on time.
It not only arrived on time but was absolutely beautiful and very happy with the quality.
I would recommend these prints to anyone who wanted to a acknowledge and capture a special event.

Absolutely stunning! The quality of my Starry Map print was amazing, and the customer service was truly out of this world. The finished piece became the most meaningful gift I’ve ever given. My mother-in-law said, “Oh my goodness! Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine something so wonderful… I absolutely love it!” I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or personal experience.

While the transaction was smooth and the item arrived in a fair amount of time, my first issue was that I requested a tracking number prior to its delivery and received no such number. Product arrived with no tracking number or indication it was even on its way. Second issue, and this is partially my fault. I didn't read the website carefully taking note of the "company location" An order was placed, and the item arrived from a local printing service within driving distance of my home. When I considered the price, I figured it was worth it due to international shipping. After a sizable "international transaction fee" on top of the overpriced item, I was quite surprised to receive the item from a local printer. To be fair, they do say this on their website. That being said, avoid the international transaction fees, and go with a local based service that does the same thing....for much, much less.

Beautiful product and top tier customer service!! Initially I entered the wrong address but Mike altered the address without issue. We accidentally received someone else's map. Again, Mike was highly attentive and immediately sent the correct map. It's lovely quality and a wonderful memento. Would recommend to anyone!

I ordered one for each birth of my granddaughters and they are perfect. Such a great way to treasure a special day.
