Lovely product and great customer service!

Super stoked on it! Came Quick Look’s great. Had to make a change immediately after I submitted it but Mike sent me a link where I could edit it hassle free!

I really love the experience with StarryMaps. As a grandfather, I enjoyed being able to create something for my three granddaughters that will last forever with them.

Mike is the best! He was able to quickly resolve an issue with UPS, and made sure I had the print just in time for Christmas!

The shipping time was quick, I placed my order on a Friday and received the print 7 days later. The customer service representative that helped me (Mike) was incredibly quick to responding my inquiries.

The star map is lovely! When I got the map, I discovered it had several flaws. However, the customer service was exceptional. Rapid reply to my concern and it was easy to arrange for a new map. What could have been a bad experience turned into a good one. Excellent and responsive customer service like this makes all the difference. The recipient of the gift loves it! Thank you!

Not only is Starrymaps a wonderful and unique gift to give, but they are a company that really cares about their customer experience. When I wrote in to the support email with a question, Mike promptly responded and was so kind in assisting me. Will definitely be back for more gifts!

First of all, the product is amazing! Sent my daughter the night sky over the hospital she was born in, on her birth date. She absolutely loved it.
Secondly, when there were address issues, the company worked with me until they were resolved.
I will recommend Starrymaps to anyone I know looking for a unique and beautiful gift!

It was a wedding anniversary (50th) present for my parent. They loved it!

After receiving the starry map we had a little problem with the quality of the map. I reached out to Mike from the company and he acted promptly and went above and beyond in how he treated us. He quickly recitified the problem and sent us a new starry map.
I would rate Mike with 5 stars in his customer service.
This company should be very happy with such an excellent representative for their company.

This company is the best!! I rarely leave either positive or negative reviews, but this company absolutely deserves it.

Firstly the product, mine was on canvas, was better than I even hoped, it truly was. My fiancee is hard to but for, and equally hard to impress. He LOVES it!

Lastly Mike the representative was so helpful, I had a problem understanding something and sent him an email. He was prompt, kind, and patient and even checked after delivery personally to see if we liked it.

If you've run out of ideas for a great gift, a Starry Map is just what you're looking for. It's truly unique, personalized, and beautiful. I bought one for each of my adult children's birthdays and they loved it!
Mike, at Starrymaps, is very helpful with details and service is friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

I ordered a custom starry map for an anniversary, and realized shortly afterwards that it might not show up in time, I reached out to customer service to see if it was too late to cancel, and Mike got back to me super quickly. In a very short amount of time he had already reached out to their shipper and got a close guesstimate of when it would show up, and reached back out to me explaining that while there are no guarantees, it was highly likely that it would show up on time. I decided to go ahead with it.
Mike reached out again to double check something that came up as a spelling error, and confirm that's what I wanted.
Every step of the way he made sure that I was taken care of and that the map would turn out perfectly. And it did!
I received it with time to spare, and it is exactly the way I ordered it.
I highly recommend this company.

This was a great gift. We had a little bit of a hickup with the shipping(I forgot to put the Apt. number) but the customer service department was on it and was able to get it handled for me. Would highly recommend.
