We love our starrymap! I chose us the midnight blue framed on canvas. I bought it to celebrate the first date my husband and I had 10 years ago when we first met at a local beach bar in St Pete FL. Such a unique gift to celebrate the Start of Us! I ordered about one week out and I received it in time for our special day! Thank you Mike!

My experience was overall a very good experience, with great customer service! I had ordered a custom star-map with a frame for my girlfriend of 3 years for her birthday, I had a very easy time ordering the map and the shipping was very quick as well! The only issue was, The star-map had arrived in a damaged state where the frame was broken from an impact during transit it seemed. It was out of Starrymaps control, but once I sent an email regarding the damages to the map despite the really good safety packing that was done to it, Mike from Starry maps reached out to me and quickly helped me secure a new one that was able to make it in time for my girlfriends birthday free of charge! (which was within 2 days of the new order being shipped). Mike had told me he was going to try his best to send it to me within the timeframe of my girlfriends birthday, and it made it perfectly intact and even had tape around the back of the frame to help secure it which was a nice and thoughtful touch. I'd like to thank Mike and the Starry maps team for helping me out with this little bump in the shipping process and I would recommend anyone to get this map for their loved ones and help capture their special moments in time forever.

The initial shipping of the order was very fast. After ordering we received it within a few days. There was a printing error with the original order. I sent a picture to their support email and received an answer within hours that a new one would be printed and shipped ASAP no questions asked. I received the reprint with a few business days of my email. Fantastic service. The response to my issue was resolved so quickly with zero fuss.

Due to a major weather event, my prints were lost in transit, but I was sent digital copies right away and prints were remade and sent shortly after. Very good communication and they look beautiful!!

Not only was the product very high quality and exactly as ordered, but they even went out of their way to help me retrieve what my gift note said because we accidentally threw it out with the packaging, which was going above and beyond even after the order had been fulfilled!

First of all, I would like to give full marks for your excellent customer service. When I had an issue with my order shipment, and I emailed, the response was quick and continued support till I received it. On the top of this, the maps are beautiful as well. I highly recommend starry maps if anyone wants to get a special gift, this would be it.

After reaching out with shipping concerns, Starrymaps responded promptly and took swift corrective action. Their customer support was exceptional throughout the process. I received my order and was extremely pleased with its quality. I would gladly do business with Starrymaps again!

I gave Starrymaps a 5 star rating, because I made a major typographical error and didn't realize it until the next day upon reviewing my order? I reached out to them and planned on canceling my order to start over, they got back to me immediately and explained that I can easily fix it on a link? It was sooo easy to do and they confirmed my order change immediately? I had a question on delivery and again received immediate feedback! Excellent company with top notch customer service and delivery was faster than expected? 👍👍👍
