(Disappointed) receiving my personal map today for me and my partners anniversary. I wish I could write a happier review like most but unfortunately not. When I ordered my map I noticed spelling error in which I believe I sorted but then when it came to an email saying your order is ready for shipment I still seen this error and sent an email to the support team straight away ! The support team in fairness did get straight back to me saying unfortunately it had been sent and did offer a 20% off next order and a pdf digital file of the map rectifying the problem as for me to print elsewhere. I dont have the extra money to print somewhere else or order the same thing again as I believe what I annitional ordered was expensive enough. I ordered the largest size print with no frame and cost me €83 incl postage, now I'm left with a piece of paper for that price that I'm not happy with and wont be putting it to use. I hoped they would sort my problem and send me exactly what I wanted as I believe I paid a premium price for a print. I even offered to collect from a local print lab as to save postage but all they could offer was the discount to print again and the pdf digital file for me to print elsewhere. I was meant to give this present to my partner in 3 days time but I cant see them helping me any further.

Mike and the design team that worked on my order not only kept me apprised on the status of my order, but also provided recommendations on how to make the design more pleasing and elegant. They were thorough and thoughtful during a time that has been difficult and I appreciate all their efforts to assist during this time.

This is such a thoughtful and easy gift to give! We have done the digital download option as birthday gifts! Literally all you do is customize the map, order, and it's delivered in your email instantly! Then I print and put it in a frame...it's a gift that lasts forever! :)

Ordered a custom canvas print as a wedding anniversary gift - the recipients loved it! Had to reach out to customer service regarding package tracking, but they were quick to respond and very helpful. Great experience with them.

Ordered on the 15th of December and received it in time for Christmas!
Great service and communication after I sent an email panicking that I wouldn’t get it before Christmas.
Upgraded my shipping to overnight and sent me the digital copy in case I didn’t get it in time!

I ordered a star map for a Christmas gift and I was very worried I was going to receive it on time. However, the people at Starrymaps did everything they could to get it to me before the holiday! Thankfully, I got it on time and I am very happy with the finish product! Looks amazing!

I see all this amazing reviews I really wish I could say the same! I ordered the print on the 28th of November and we are still waiting for it to be delivered, I paid the extra for quicker delivery and still nothing, I’ve done all sorts to try and get in touch with the company over the last 2 weeks but I’ve heard nothing back! £85 pound down the drain and I am loosing hope for a refund now
