Start Fitness Reviews

Good prices and products. Slightly clunky returns process.

The website was easy to view. Found the product that I wanted promptly! Ordering wea easy and product arrived very quickly!! Product exactly how it was described and I am very pleased! Excellent product and service!

Can’t fault, great service

My go-to shoe retailer. They always have great deals on shoes and offer discount codes for even cheaper deals. I've tried other online stores have settled with SF and have bought 30 pairs in the last few years. The only think I would kike to see is a few models from Nike, but that's not a deal breaker.

excellent service fastest delivery of any shoe provider online great product

Delivered very quickly, less than 48 from paying for the shoes. Free socks a nice bonus. Thank you SF!

Fast delivery, good pricing, excellent product

Quick efficient service.

Delivered when you said it would be product I purchased is fine

I bought a pair of expensive SIDI Genius cycling shoes discounted by 10% online only to find them discounted by 15% when bought on the APP. I phoned customer services to arrange a 5% credit but they actually want me to return the shoes at my cost so they can return them to me with a delivery charge of £4.95. You just cannot make this up can you? I have always bought my cycling gear, including a Merida bike from them but they just lost a loyal customer. It’s system overload. Just unbelievable!!

Card details leaked after using this website. Never had an issue with my card details being leaked before since 2017. Ordered from here and returned the trainers as well as the quality wasn't good. And a month later I had to run around my bank freezing my card and changing my online bank details . Use PayPal or Google pay everyone . Do not trust your card details with anyone anymore.

On this occasion everything was fine but previously I’d had a bad experience which led me to stop buying from them.
I sent a pair of trainers back which they had for a week and when I phoned them about a refund they were rude and said the person dealing will get round to it, I contacted Klarna who I had purchased them with and I had my refund within an hour

Delivery very good,shoes good,no damage👍👍

Good Time Delivery

Fast delivery, good price and quality gear

Great company, good quality products, easy and quick shipping (and free pair of socks with shoes!). I would recommend.

Excellent price, service and range of products

Goods arrived quickly, exactly as expected, good price.

Excellent - will order again!

Start Fitness involvement was excellent. Sadly the Post Office delivery service wasn’t. Although I put simple details of where to leave the delivery in the order notes to them, they either weren’t followed or simply ignored, twice! To be fair the guy at the pickup counter was very polite and helpful.
