My order went missing with Evri and when I informed Start Fitness, they didn’t hesitate to confirm this and sent me another pair of trainers, which arrived really fast. That was amazing service.
Fast delivery and really impressed with my purchase at a good saving! Brooks Run Visible running jacket - light, windproof and very visible in the darker mornings and nights!
I was looking to re-buy my Brooks Ghost Max and not only did Start Fitness have the cheapest option but they also put in a pair of free socks and I received the order the next day! I was super impress... Toon meer

10/10 Customer service
I accidentally hit the Pay button on an order which placed it. I called customer service and I spoke to a very funny and quirky man who processed a refund straight away with funds arriving in my bank account within 15 mins. 10/10 customer service

Avoid at all costs
Avoid.
Deliberately misleading options provided around delivery.
Knowingly charge people more money for services they have no intention of providing.
Once complaint raised, zero interest shown in supporting the customer.
Disgusting company.

Always buy my trainers from them
Always buy my trainers from Start Fitness. Recently purchased two pairs of trainers, one pair arrived on time but the other was delayed. Not their fault, it was Royal Mail. The customer services replied to me quickly when I explained the problem.

Tongue to Running Shoe -pulling up on…
Tongue to Running Shoe -pulling up on putting the Trainer on has ripped -an annoyance
That besides it is a very good shoe - comfy!
Have you any speedier shoes?? I am a frontish foot runner and the best shoe I ever had had a strong forward roll to its design - it propelled me forward.
With thanks.

Saucony Guide running shoes
I love my Saucony Guide running shoes, and the summer sale offer with the extra discount made it a great price. The communication in regards to the delivery was good. Parcel was well wrapped and the box undamaged on this occasion.
