My order went missing with Evri and when I informed Start Fitness, they didn’t hesitate to confirm this and sent me another pair of trainers, which arrived really fast. That was amazing service.

Avoid these lying cowboys at all costs
Avoid these lying cowboys at all costs!
I bought a pair of trainers for my mother and had them sent straight to her.
I ordered her correct size but they were too big (she has several pairs of the same brand already so I’m not sure why these were too big) they also weren’t ’arch fit’ which she needs, this was my mistake as I should have double checked.
I returned the trainers for a refund at my own expense and the company has refused. Their excuse is to say that they have been worn outdoors which is totally inaccurate as my mother tried them on in her carpeted living room didn’t even stand up in them as she instantly knew they weren’t right for her.
My advice is to stay clear of Start Fitness and don’t waste your time or money.

Excellent service. The speed of the delivery and the professionalism were great as was the price (and the free socks). The trainers themselves are 10/10.

Quality service
Quality service, first delivery by Evri was very slow but the second delivery was by the post office and was very quick. Low Prices of Keen walking boots were the main reasons for using this company whom I would recommend

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE. Bought a pair of trainers on 23 July, paid for delivery and the goods have still not arrived. Problem seems to be with Evri, but that is no excuse. DO NOT BUY FROM START FITNESS until they sort their logistics out. TERRIBLE.
