APR is crazy high
APR is crazy high, but they do offer services that other companies won't touch. I don't hate them, but I do bemoan paying £6k interest on a £10k loan over 5 years. :| It's not the best financial decision I've ever made.

Got a great deal from Startline Motor Finance for my daughters first car. It was fast, easy and friendly.
They send me monthly reminders that payment is due to be taken (even though I am direct debit) I like this - shows they are organised and want to look after their customers needs.
I can only but rate them as 5-star and thank them for their service to date.

When I tried to tell you that the funds…
When I tried to tell you that the funds for this purchase was coming from my Attendance Allowance which is paid every 28 days, I was dismissed with "we don't do that your payments will be taken on the 1st of the month". My first payment is on 1st October and my Attendance Allowance is paid on the 2nd October. A bit of consideration would have been helpful but as you had already told me that you really only deal with brokers I am not surprised!
