Absolutely appalling company , they cancelled my insurance because I couldn’t give them details of my bank account, extremely intrusive documentation and proof needed to take out a policy, ni number lots of photos of the camper, the only thing they didn’t ask for was a copy of my dna and a blood sample, avoid this company at all costs it will end up costing you more than you can imagine. For the record I have contacted the fca about this firm.

Harvie was very helpful in clarifying some queries I had in taking out a new policy. No waiting time to speak to someone. Very good service

I have had motor insurance for over 30 years and I have to say this company is the worse insurance company broker I have ever used. £256 annual premium had to cancel after two months , £29 refund/ credit which they even charge £5 for a Bacs transfer which will take them up to 6 weeks to pay back, laughable. 3 weeks have passed and they still haven't provided me with my no claims bonus information.
The service on the phone waiting time is shocking their manners and attitudes/ email replies are shocking with around 5days response to reply.
Terrible company and service. The cancellation policies should be illegal!! Day light robbery.

Dear me, very hard work taking out a policy with this company. Unbelievable requirements and proofs needed, and then attempts to charge extra. Felt like I was locked in a scam.

Terrible company after they've got your money. Overly intrusive questions, excessive document requests (NI number for all drivers????). Just get a quote from them and go back to your previous insurers for a matched price.

The company were experiencing extreme backlog meaning I had to wait a few days for a call back. But once I got the call, Afzal listened to my every need, and considering how busy they were, he did not rush me at all. Very good experience and excellent customer service

Not only did Leah O'Sullivan get me a really good price for my MH insurance she did it with a very helpful, pleasant and professional approach. She treated me fairly, with respect and was a pleasure to speak to. Excellent service!!

Absolutely awful, wanting to take out motorhome insurance, need to provide utility bill, pics of driving licence, Ni number statement of fact from car insurance(email from esure wont do) attitude of those on phone just shocking! Avoid at all costs

Emily was very helpful, I had recieved my renewal quote for our campervan which i was very happy with and it had actually reduced even though only by a tiny amount at least it went down. However i needed to make a few changes and Emily helped me all the way through and the end result that it reduced the renewal price even more. Very happy with their service and customer support, would recommend for Motorhome and campervan insurance.

Leah was exceptional so helpful & friendly nothing too much trouble while I was trying to work out the best options to cover my new Motorhome.

Cheap prices, helpful sales but after you pay, the threatening emails and ridiculous requests for very personal information start. They want photocopies of everything.
You will be 'fined' £25 to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period when you realise. Ask exactly what they want from you before committing, don't wait for the after sales email request as that's too late. They 'try' to reply to emails and questions within 10 working days.... how efficient, they demand the info within 7 days so no room for questioning their reasons 🙄
The 'nice' people become aggressive and rude if you want to cancel. Abysmal customer service. God knows how bad they get if you want to claim. The whole experience shouted of a company ensuring they will always have a reason not to pay out.
You have to sign that you personally will inform them of a possible claim within 48hrs or suffer a £500 fine. In hospital? Unconscious? Tough, you agreed. 'Estimated mileage?' They don't know the definition of estimation. You have to sign you agree they may not pay out in full or part if you exceed the estimate although you've already agreed to inform them. They decide whether they need to take more money for 'their reasons', and will charge your card without permission. They ask for your full driver number & NI number so they can check your licence with DVLA. They perform the check as if they are you! This isn't allowed / illegal 😠

Amber was very good to deal with and pleasant with it. I have been with Stavely head for a year and have just renewed my policy I have not had any issues with them so far and hopefully this will continue.

Absolutely crooked. Cancelled my insurance with them after a month as they were so bad. Had to keep chasing as it took 2 months to get a refund. Finally they refunded me £49 on a £250 premium! What a scam!!
