Steel Toe-shoes Reviews 

Ordered online and got boots fast. Suggested to order 1/2 size larger, which was a perfect fit for these 6" Fade Trailblazer Steel Toe workbooks. Just a hat I need for works item. Slip-on ease, solid construction, non-slip soles, US made and re-soleable so I know they will last years. They had style in stock that manufacturer was out of stock in.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes for myself at the same time and same size from the online store. I always order my steal toes a half size big just for my personal comfort and to be safe when ordering online. 1 pair came within a week and were great had no problems at all. About another week later the second pair came which was a little slow but fine. I tried wearing them for about 10 minutes but they were just a bit too small and really caused discomfort so took them off and put on my first pair. Went online and filed for a exchange just to get the next size up. About 10 days later the same shoes were returned saying the soles were worn so coudnt be resold and they would not exchange. I find it hard to believe that they were worn in 10 minutes of just minimal walking and standing in them but if they were worn then the quality must be pretty poor to wear that fast. Didnt want anything but a pair of shoes that fit, i was not asking for any sort of refund. 130 bucks for a pair of shoes i cant wear so will only buy in person from now on. Its not worth the risk of hoping they fit as Ive never had a pair at that size not fit before but buying steel toes i bought a brand I had not purchased before. Buy in person to where you can try unless your buying a exact shoe you have owned before

This company is professional. My timberland helix hd's aren't easy to find anymore, and when I do find them they are overpriced. Not this company. Arrived on time and in perfect condition!

I bought a pair of keen boots from this site, i wore them for no longer than 20 minutes, took them off, cleaned them and put them back in the box to return because they didnt feel good on my feet. I received the same shoes a few days later saying the symbol was work off which was a bold face lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL!!!

I had been a regular customer of this company till I found out their true colors. Recently I purchased some New Balance safety shoes from them. I only wore the shoes 2x. They were torturous on my feet. The protective toe compartment was way too cramped. I was in great pain at the end of the workday. The shoes were very uncomfortable on the bottom of my feet too. I contacted customer support and told them i wanted to exchange these for a different pair. I was willing to pay the slight price difference. Customer service sure changes when you mention a problem. They get cold and quiet. Anyway, i returned the boots after begrudgingly getting a return label from the company. A couple weeks later the same shoes showed up back on my porch. No warning or word from the company saying the return was rejected. How could i know the shoes were uncomfortable if i didnt wear them first? They looked very new when i sent them back. This is how they treat a regular customer. Basically you are stuck with whatever you buy from them. Dont risk it. There is no customer care. I am stuck with shoes I will never wear again.

My Husband, order a pair of boots from this company
on 9/19/2025. The correct address was input, UPS delivered to the wrong apartment bldg. ( This is not the companies fault) But was is the companies fault, is the following after the claim was submitted by them, after 12 days and still no reply. They handed the responsibility back to me to put in another claim. They shrugged it. off. I am now the responsible party to fight with UPS to get my credit. Not a good look for any business.

Boots were labeled 9.5 EEEE. I wore them to work, and they were narrow. Maybe an EE or EEE. I asked for an even exchange as the boots were defective. They claimed the boot size was labeled correctly. I tried to talk to them, but the defect manager just said there was nothing wrong with the boots and they would not do anything to correct this. Total waste of $180. There are too many websites that sell the same products to give them your business.

They don't care about you wanting to exchange the shoe, they will find any reason to say shoes have been worn and therefore no exchange. Worst customer service.

Do not purchase from them. Returned my shoes and kept getting charged even though they received the product back. Emailed multiple times about the issue but it was not until i threatened to complain to the BBB that they finally issued a refund. Avoid buying anything from their website.

Careful if you buy anything from this company. I bought a pair of work boots from them, tried them on at home and they were uncomfortable. I mistakenly exchanged them (I wanted a refund but I checked the wrong box). They sent me another pair of boots that I never wanted. I contacted them no less than four times by email requesting a return label …no response. I filed a complaint against them with The Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin. Their response was that I didn’t request a return.
I filed a complaint against them with the Wisconsin government. They told me to hire an attorney because I don’t live in Wisconsin!!!! The boots are only $114!!!!! An attorney would cost waaaay more than that!!!

I bought a pair of shoes thru them. Had only maybe a week. Sent them back for refund and they sent shoes back stating they cannot resell them. There was nothing wrong with the shoes other then they hurt the balls of my feet. I expected a refund of $105.00 for which I paid for the damn shoes. There is no wear or tear on these shoes. My advice: Don't buy from them. They will just take your money and run.
