If only i could give 0 stars, sent a faulty product broken zip, button at front very loose and wobbly, incosistant seams on the jeans, inconsistant sizing, they then want to charge me $19.99 AUD to send back a faulty item which is against Australian consumer law. They refuse to reply on their whatsapp chat, they ask you to take videos and spent countless time to even initiate a refund , for a product you pay $34 plus $15 shipping this means that you have to go through hoops to send back and loose half your money, they will still profit though as they are simply drop shipping shein items. This is how bad the quality is, they were described as jeans what arrived was a veil thin pair of pants which have loose buttons, bad seams, made very poorly. It was advertised as reduced from $99 but if you honestly look at it , you would pay less money for far better at kmart.

Only getting one star because there is no option for zero!. OMG LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THIS IS CRIMINAL.THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN!!!

J’ai été une cliente fidèle de PrettyLittleThing, mais après le rebranding et la hausse des prix, j’avais fini par délaisser le site. J’ai récemment voulu retenter l’expérience en prenant même l’abonnement VIP à 10 €/an. Résultat : je bénéficie de la livraison gratuite, mais je paie désormais 10 € de frais de douane à chaque commande…

Le plus gros problème reste les tailles, qui sont vraiment très mal taillées. J’ai des vêtements achetés il y a 2-3 ans en taille 44 qui sont aujourd’hui trop petits pour moi. J’ai donc commandé du 46, mais cette fois, c’est deux fois trop grand, aussi bien en longueur qu’en largeur ! Le 44 est trop petit, le 46 beaucoup trop grand : il n’y a tout simplement aucun juste milieu. Même la collection Curvy est beaucoup trop large par rapport à ma morphologie. Résultat, je passe mon temps à commander puis à tout renvoyer. C’est vraiment dommage, car j’aimais beaucoup ce site, mais cette mauvaise gestion des tailles me fait perdre du temps et de l’argent.

J’ai commandé sur le site et j’ai renseigné une adresse.

Quand j’ai validé la commande il a récupérer l’adresse associé à mon moyen de paiement et non l’adresse que j’avais renseigné moi.

Cependant j’ai déménagé il y a quelques jours et je ne suis plus dans la même ville.

Donc je ne peux pas récupérer le colis qui sera livré au nouveau locataire.

Et impossible de m’modifier l’adresse puisqu’apparemment ils préparent la commande quelques secondes après mais elle est livré 3 semaines plus tard !

I ordered a product online, a sheer shirt, and it didn't arrive. i didn't get an email confirming order. the money just taken from my account. they claim it was delievered.
full on theft DO NOT ORDER from here DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS AS I HAVE TO GERT A NEW ONE AND REPORT THE FRAUD.

Commande effectuée approximativement le 24 juillet, elle devait arriver le 30. Le jour J, on m'annonce qu'elle est marquée comme livrée, mais je n'ai rien dans ma boîte aux lettres. Un jour passe, puis deux, puis trois. Je décide de demander un remboursement, car aucun voisin ni personne aux alentours n'a mon colis, ce qui est génial puisque j'en avais besoin pour un événement. À partir de ce jour, c'est un enchaînement d'aventures digne des plus grands périples qu'il m'a été donné de vivre. Le remboursement a été demandé le 1er août et je l'ai reçu seulement aujourd'hui, le 19 août. Dix-neuf jours pour me rembourser ? Sérieusement. Je ne peux pas joindre les captures d'écran avec leur sous-traitant (Seel), qui a refusé de me rembourser autrement que sur mon compte PayPal inaccessible, et m'assurait tous les trois jours que le virement avait été effectué alors que c'était faux. Merci infiniment pour ce branle-bas de combat auquel j'ai dû faire face, car je n'ai jamais accompli une tâche aussi fastidieuse de ma vie pour obtenir un remboursement suite à l'incompétence de cette livraison. Le service après-vente est à revoir. Cordialement.

Very Disgusting company . do not buy anything as they won’t send items , If reported to customer service they respond we send it , you won’t get refund or item . very very bad company

I Ordered my 12 items I received Every thing except one leather faurx trousers. when I told I received all my 11 items I haven’t received 1 item, Customer service told me They dispatched they do not know they said you must received. I said Why should I lie for 1 item if I received 11. Very very Bad Customer service not reliable

Omg they just kept swarming my messenger with msgs wouldn’t stop over two days waking me at odd hours! Disgusting they would stop

Retour envoyé le 26 mai 2026. Le remboursement devait être effectué sous 28 jours. Après plusieurs relances, on me demande toujours de patienter jusqu’au 1er juillet sans explication claire. Délai dépassé et service client qui repousse constamment l’échéance.

Did not receive my order. Basically no customer service. The only way I could get onto customer service was to message them on instagram. It took 3 months for them to reply. After I replied to their message it took a further month for them to reply and eventually they just ghosted me. I told them I haven’t received my order and they told me the order was delivered. Which I can tell you with certainty that is was not. I was home the day of the delivery and all the cameras show no delivery person. I informed them if this and they ghosted me.

They need a better customer service team.

Branded items are fake! Brought havaianas and they aren’t real! Compared to my real pair and so many differences don’t buy!

Doesnt even deserve 1 STAR, WISH i could give 0! They messed up my order by providing me the wrong item and all I ended up doing was firstly speaking to a chatbot on mesaenger and then ghosted me completely. i then tried email amd IG dm and I ended up having to dispute this with my bank and paypal and THEN i finally receive an email response from them and stated they will STILL charge me for Return cause Im sending one of the correct items back! Im sorry but you stuffed up my order already and you are still charging me cause I am returning everything back to you?? You ruined my experience already why woukd i want to keep your cheap looking crap, secondly the site is so deceiving! The items online look NOTHING like what you actually get. Do not buy from this store!!

I returned my wedding dresses and 4 months on i still havent had a refund!! £500! Horrendous AI chat that sends you ateond in a circle. Worst experience ive ever had.
Won't touch them with a barge pole.
Just the letters PLT raise my blood pressure through the roof, cant believe they're still in business.

Dreadful customer service. I ordered an item and the wrong thing was sent. They don’t have a telephone number to call and ignored my messages on social media (and deleted my comments on their posts). I managed to find an email address and every time I messaged they said they couldn’t see my attached photos. After 6 attempts I got a response just offering a return. I just lost faith in the end and returned the item but they charge £1:99 for returns and I had paid £2:99 postage only to receive the incorrect item. Absolutely useless.

BUYER BEWARE / PLT are borderline scammers. If I could rate them 0/5 I would. Have been trying to get onto customer service for weeks, they reply once and ask me something I’ve already provided and as soon as I reply it’s AI bot again who doesn’t actually help. Unable to process my return and get my money back because of the terrible service and never ending follow ups. Extremely dissatisfied and would leave a complaint if it was even possible to get in touch with anyone from the extremely unreliable customer service team. Not to mention the items are overpriced and terrible mass produced quality leading to the need for return in the first place.

-Sizes run slightly large
-Quality is good and sales are great
-I wouldn’t pay full price for most items. I usually wait for the 70% off sales
-Dispatch is quick and customer service replies fast (even via text)
-Express shipping to Australia costs about $30 but can take up to a month
-Returns are a bit of a hassle since you have to pay for them

I used a Klarna one-time card to submit an order. I received an error message saying the order had not been processed. However, Klarna claimed they had sent a confirmation of the order and I was charged for it even though I had no order confirmation. I had to contact PLT and facebook or whats app was the only way to get in touch. They took days to respond and even then, just kept asking me for the same information over and over. They claimed there was no order but Klarna provided me with a host of reference numbers indicating they had indeed taken payment from Klarna. I have after almost 2 weeks had no support from either Klarna or PLT. I have had to now go through the complaint process with Klarna citing their buyer protection policy. PLT should be shut down. I cannot even make a complaint about them to the ACCC as i cannot locate any ABN details.

Don’t order from them. I ordered a next day delivery. Half the order arrived other half got lost. Weeks went buy they confirmed it was returned. Lied said the money was refunded. It was not. 2 months later I keep getting told pls wait 10 days. It will clear into your account. Nothing. This has been said about 5 times. No compensation. Poor communication if any. It takes weeks for a response. You can’t call. Their service is so bad that scammers are even pretending to be customer services to scam you out of money. I will never buy from them again. And the quality of the clothing. Let’s put it this way. I ordered 13 dresses. Not even one was kept. One was so bad it looked like they had used an old sofa cut it up and made a dress. The cuts are awful. They are enough to make you think twice about your life.
