do not buy from PLT!!!! they sent me the completely wrong items from what i ordered, i emailed them to do an exchange and never got a reply!!

They are SOOOOO bad! Right after I placed an order I realized I made the mistake of the sizing on 4 shirts.
I asked them to please cancel order or change the sizes and they said we're sorry we already processed the order there's nothing we can do about it. So they suggested I send them back and get a refund. Funny thing is every bad review I have read you never really get a full refund, or it is a nightmare to get one
What kind of bullshit is going on here?

Avoid paying express postage because they're all BS with their money hungry mindset SMH.. They say it will be delivered within 3-4 working days and obviously it doesn't get delivered within that time frame! At least make an effort or just don't say things like when y'all can deliver stuff in an ETA and not execute your quality of service!

I thought Temu was bad in delivery,
@ least they give you the maximum delivery ETA, but PLT is worst off than them!
This is the second and now last time ordering from them!

I literally love everything I got, everything looks exactly like the photo plus fits super well and good quality. I heard so many bad reviews about PLT which worried me before ordering but I’m so glad I still went ahead and purchased from them. Would definitely buy from them again!

Some of their clothing is nice quality, however the company and the people who run it is TRASH and make it next to not worth engaging with. I mistakenly put my old address on a package I contacted them within an hour of doing it it hadn’t even processed or left the warehouse till the next day and they claim they can’t do anything to help you they straight up refuse to to be straight with you, one of the most common issues and they have no interest in helping customers with minor mistakes. They use absolutely garage delivery companies that make the process 10x harder to manage and their customer service people are sooo rude. Try somewhere else even shein and wish do better, they seem to be more interested in posting cringe memes on their fb page then managing their company and customers enquiries.

They also refuse to refund you or compensate anything when your packages are sent to incorrect addresses or addresses that don’t exist, I had to argue back and forth for 2 weeks with their TRASH delivery companies who are absolutely hopeless - they still manage deliver your packages to the incorrect address after you BEG to re correct it and the other one took nearly a week to respond to phone calls emails everything. For one of my packages that was delivered to the incorrect address after making a re direction change they failed to provide proof of delivery, after multiple calls they said they’ll get back to me with proof of delivery and never did. I’m very lucky after my own hunting and an honest neighbour was able to track down my packages absolutely no thanks to PLT or their delivery partners that’s for sure

PTL is not worth your time or money like others mentioned they are a scam save your money and spend it elsewhere.

The top was to big round the sides, breast area to small, and skirt to tight.. although skirt was a bigger size than the top. The sizing is way off. The shoes are uncomfortable. The bangle snapped in my hand, and the shape wear tore trying to get it up past my legs although I ordered the right size. Poor quality, bad sizing, definitely won't shop here again. Shame as the clothes etc look nice online.

After 3 months of waiting, 50 emails 3 courier companies and being promised it was returning to them so they will repost the 15 of the 17 items I paid for which were apparently delivered to a city service station. I received a partial refund no refund of the express postage. They take people money don't waste your time

My order was supposed to have been delivered by November 9, at the latest, and still nothing. After entering order number online, No information about tracking is provided. Contact with company is difficult as no email address is provided for customer service. I paid this company for goods that I never received and they have kept my money. Under Australian Law, that is a crime. As a first time customer, I am shocked and appalled that companies like this, only appear to trade to fraudulently take money from their innocent customers.

J’ai commandé cinq fois sur PLT ET LES CINQ FOIS, J’AI EU DES SOUCIS AVEC MES COMMANDES… Mon colis est arrivé sur mon territoire. Retour en Belgique, puis revenez Sur mon territoire, vous l’avez compris, il faisait des allers-retours pendant plusieurs semaines. Mais je n’ai rien dit, parce que le service client était plutôt réactif et répondait à mes mails donc c’était assez rassurant quand même, Cependant, j’ai fait une commande Et il a un mois de retard, et ça fait 15 jours que le service client ne me répond plus… Mon colis avait une valeur de 93,91€ Il m’a envoyé un mail me disant qu’ils allaient me rembourser cinq euros pour la livraison … Je ne comprends pas du tout ce qui se passe, je suis très déçu et pourtant malgré les péripéties qu’il y a eu, j’ai continué à commander sur PLT

So I ordered my items on the 07/08/2024 and paid extra for next day delivery. Which didn’t come till today 12/08/2024. Then most of the teams I ordered were a size 14, I am usually a size 12 but a friend said to go a size up due to there size clothes are not what they say. 4 of the teams do not pass my bottom luckily I orderd a few that are stretchy which fit. I go on holiday tomorrow and have ex basically nothing to take due to this s**t service and quality of clothes.

Very poor quality items. Came screwed up in the bag. Labels are faintly printed and can hardly be read. These Clothes must be made so cheaply It’s unbelievable.
The worst clothes I’ve ever seen in my life. Sizing is completely wrong. I’m a size 8 and couldn’t even do any zips up in the jumpsuits.
Absolute rubbish.

This is the second purchase and the very last! The customer service is shocking and they give you the run around and artfully vague responses.
The incorrect jacket arrived after waiting almost two weeks then to return with no exchange option they have the nerve to take $10 to return the item they stuffed up with!! Pretty Little Things you are doing useless NEVER AGAIN -I will make it my mission to spread the word so people stop buying from you. Change your ways !!

Pathetic website I could not access customer service, and tried to reset password (several times) to access my account but faulty set up and no link was sent. I tried to return 2 items that were incorrect in sizing and crappy quality!!!
AVOID buying from them!!!

I use to shop all the time at PLT years ago… not sure what’s happened now but I ordered a whole heap of pants and skirts in my usual size and these can barely fit over my legs!?? I should’ve read the reviews re the sizing running small. Not only can I imagine how this would affect women’s confidence but it is a total scam of money. $100+ worth of things that don’t fit me that USUALLY would in any other store. Will never shop here again. Then $10 to return the lot, given they’ve been unopened or never tried on. Totally a joke

Items were fine , arrived on time, however please sort your sizing out, I orders a tall mini skirt (I'm 5ft 8 for referance) and this range is meant to be for 5ft 7 and over, its far to short the skirt I can't even bend over! I'm 32 I don't want my bum on show

Also brought a size 10 pair of shorts and they were very small (I'm always a size 10 in bottoms in other stores) I now feel like a beach whale 🐋

Ordered 4 items and only received 2. The tracking did not state their would be 2 pacrels ONLY 1. Spoke with customer support and they went over the CCTV footage. They got back to me and stated all items where put in the same parcel. THAT IS WRONG. I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED 2 ITEMS. Now they won't give me a refund or send the two items again. I have now lost an outfit for my birthday and lost money. If you order from here record you opening the parcel or just don't order from here.

Should have read the reviews before I placed a Christmas order! Of course it hasn’t arrived. Now PLT have my money and I have no presents under the tree. Paid for express post by 22 December and now being told my package will arrive on 3 January. Looks like a long and difficult process to get a refund.

Received my items with no postage issue. However one of my items has arrived with the entire neckline frayed and with completely broken stitching. I have emailed the company twice already, and just emailed them a third time about organising a replacement for Christmas but I have not received any response for around 2 weeks. Incredibly disappointed.

My package arrived 12 days after the expected date because it was stuck on customs delay for 9 days. The first time I emailed customer support, they didn't respond so I emailed them again and Sbon responded and quickly cleared it onto the next stage with no more problems. Quality of items was surprisingly good/better than I expected.
